Very nice place to stay, very clean and easy to find and everything was as they said they were and would definitely stay again.

Overall we had a great stay at the coach house, a group of us celebrated a birthday with a quiet weekend and it was perfect. The place was clean and peaceful, the surrounding area and views were lovely. The hosts’ were very responsive and helpful. The facilities were great and the location was easy to find. If you are looking for a quiet and relaxing spot with a cosy feel, this will be great. There isn’t much near by but there are great locations within short driving distances.

My partner and I had the best couple of nights away at Ash Bank. Great location, with only a short and cheap uber ride into the centre. The house was perfect, interior was incredible and Vanessa provided all the added extra touches to make it so homey. The hot tub in the garden is bonus too! Vanessa is a PERFECT host, fantastic communication and super thoughtful leaving a card and bottles for our anniversary. We will definitely be coming back to stay and making it a regular thing!

We had the loveliest weekend at this cottage! Deborah was so lovely and hospitable, the place was spotless and perfect for a weekend get away with the hot tub! We had a great time and would 100% recommend! Came from Manchester on the train and was easy to travel to. Thanks so much for our stay!!

Wonderfully peaceful location. Holly Toft is a very comfortable and welcoming place to stay. We paticularly appreciated how much care was given to ensuring the hot tub was spotlessly clean and freshly filled for our arrival. Kathryn is a superb host who clearly cares a lot about her guests. The field full of adorable lambs to look out on was a delightful bonus! Highly recommend! Thank you Kathryn.

Dog friendly accommodation within a stone throw of a dog friendly beach . The location was perfect for us ( a family of 4 with a small dog) ... very peaceful and quiet. Rather than drive we booked a local taxi service to Prestatyn on the evening (too hot for a 30 min walk !) who were very reliable and cost £6.50. I would recommend a visit to Conwy (approx 40 mins in the car)......its stunning and dog friendly.

Such a great find this was, in the middle of nowhere , gorgeous in the days and even better at night. So many walks to do round there but most afternoons we were in the house and would definitely go again

Spencer's Granary is a beautifully restored farm building in equally beautiful surroundings. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and clutter-free. The goodies on arrival were very welcome, especially the home made cookies that were delicious! Charlotte was a responsive host, who always made the effort to reply, with nothing seemingly being too much trouble. We had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend!

Cozy cottage in North Wales, I loved the decor and enjoyed all the amenities including the sauna. The fire place was great, as well as the rest of the facilities, and the communication with the host was smooth.

We had a great stay in the cosy cottage. Everything was as described by Jacky. Great place for touring around the many beaches and towns in the area. The dog loved it too and the treats for him and the adults were a lovely touch. Would definitely come back 🤩🤩thank you Jacky ☘️☘️

Gem of a cottage, perfect location for visiting the races. Did some shopping at Cheshire Oaks on the Sunday which was brilliant. 4 of us stayed at the cottage and was ample space and excellent amenities. Communication was great when we struggled with the lock box but Rachael responded immediately to assist. Will definitely be staying again!

We had a wonderful stay, reasonably priced, comfortable and homely. Julie went above and beyond to help us, answered my questions and made helpful suggestions. The Morris Dancer and the Royal Oak were excellent for food and nearby. Great location. Will book again when we come to the area x

We enjoyed every minute of our stay. The cottage is a mini home from home and having the little private garden at the back was definitely the icing on the cake. We try to get back to the area regularly as having moved away after 25 years of living in the area, we have friends to catch up with, we will definitely re book and stay here again. Loved it

Beautiful cottage, in the heart of Waddington. Perfect for a couple, 3 amazing pubs with fantastic food practically on the doorstep. Very cosy and a wonderful homely feel. Highly recommended.

We had such a lovely stay in the cottage, it is very homely and fits it perfectly with the surrounding farm. The beds are VERY comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed. We did lots of walking from the cottage, and also went out in the car to explore further - there are no local facilities local without getting in the car. Nicola (farmer) and coworker were lovely and friendly. Only downside (very slight) is very bumpy lane getting to cottage. Thank you for a great stay.

We had a lovely stay in Emma's place. The property was really clean and comfortable, with everything we needed. We particularly enjoyed the peace and quiet and hope to return again.

Brilliant stay at The Coach House, super clean, ideal for our needs and the description was exact. Friendly host with lots of local knowledge. I would highly recommend a stay!

We (a family of 5) stayed in the Shippon (a lovely comfortable and clean cottage) for a week. The kids enjoyed the big garden with plenty of room to run about. Location is very quiet! Very friendly and kind hosts!

Beautiful cottage with everything you could possibly need. Everything has been thought about. Want to sit in the garden but it's a bit chilly, it's ok they have blankets. Want to have a bbq outside, brilliant they have the bbq and kitchen full of utensils and plastic plates, bowels, and cups to prevent breakages. The bathroom is stocked with shampoo, body wash, bath salts, towels... The list is endless with all the extras that come with this cottage. It's clean and tidy. Beds are comfy. There really isn't anything to complain about about. We did 2 nights here and could easily have done more. Thank you 😊

What a beautiful cottage! It retains all the charm of its long history, while offering up-to-the-minute amenities. The kitchen and bathrooms are modern and pristine, with fresh white linens, and everything you need and more to begin your stay. Behind the house is a private garden and terrace, overlooking miles of fields and trees. We found peace and tranquillity here.

This property is excellent - if six stars could be awarded for a property, this would be the one. I don't think that Julia has forgotten about anything. Whatever you need during your stay, you'll find it here. The property is very tastefully decorated and furnished and it is clean and tidy. The shower is excellent, the bed is comfortable, the wifi works, the provisions for breakfast are perfect. You'll enjoy your stay!!

Absolutely spotless with as new furnishings throughout. We were visiting the area for a family wedding and this place was ideal. Lots of useful and welcoming items...tea, ground coffee, even a bottle of prosecco. Probably one of the best Airbnbs we have stayed at.
