Vacation rentals with a fire pit in West Lafayette

Jennifer’s place had everything we needed for a family weekend to celebrate our daughter’s graduation from Purdue University. Jennifer is a great host, she was extremely responsive and she has clearly put a great deal of thought and care into making sure her guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We loved relaxing around the fire pit in the lovely outdoor area and we also appreciated the great local restaurant recommendations. We would love to stay in this lovely place again, highly recommend!

My family enjoyed this special spot immensely for my daughter's graduation from Purdue! The house was charming and well appointed, the host was amazing and the amenities: TVs, coffee maker, outdoor heaters, extra fresh linens, bug zappers, toaster, you name it, Katy had it stocked. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

We had such a wonderful stay at Kevin & family’s ‘Kaufmann Baumhaus’ during our 6 day visit to W. Lafayette for our daughter’s graduation from Purdue Univ. The home’s interior was spotless, exceptionally designed, loaded with homespun charm & beautifully furnished. Everything we needed during our stay was on hand & easily accessible, & we appreciated the privacy & safety of the neighborhood, as well as its close proximity to campus & many restaurants and stores. The grounds of the property are exceptional - a natural, lush landscape set on a hill overlooking Sleepy Hollow nature preserve and park. There are several fire pits & seating areas with comfy furniture covered by sun umbrellas & string lights, creating a warm & relaxing, ambience. Our hosts were exceedingly gracious, helpful & accommodating, greeting us with fresh scones & honey, fresh flowers (even Purdue-themed grad decorations)! It’s very obvious that a great deal of time & TLC have gone into this exceptional property!

Laura’s historic home was a gem! We were visiting for our son’s graduation at Purdue. The location is very central only a few blocks from the shopping street in Lafayette. It was also very convenient to get to campus. The charming home has all of the modern conveniences with a mixture of historic charm with an updated luxurious style. The living room had ample seating and the dining room was spacious to gather for family meals. We enjoyed the shuffleboard & the vinyl record player which were unique to this home. Laura’s communication was quick and I would highly recommend staying here. The price was a bit steep although compared to hotel prices for graduation weekend it seemed fair. If this is available, you should book it fast!!

Cant say enough positive things about the location, or the host. The cabin is great, it's exactly what it says, it's a 1890s log cabin. My kids loved the history and the playground. This is the perfect getaway if you want to avoid the crowds and noise, everything is close enough that if you need to run out you can be there and back in less than 20mins. Our host suggested checking out Profitstown and he was spot on as place to spend the day and has something for everyone.

The Cabins are always my favorite vacation spot. We always enjoy time at the beautiful rustic cabin and sitting watching the geese from the magical porch. This time we ventured down the Tippecanoe River, explored the Canal Park Pioneer Days, and Delphi's little shops and restaurants. We even heard the wolves howl at Wolf Park. This is a great vacation spot for families or if you just need to get away from everything to reset your life. Thank you Michael and Roger for your hospitality. I'll see you in the fall.

Mary Ann was an excellent host! She answered all my questions and made us feel welcome! This cabin was amazing! Anything you can think of they had it covered! Fire pit set up so we could easily light it , coffee bar and had fresh cookies ! My husband is in wheelchair and we brought ramps to get inside. Her and her husband met us there to make sure it would work for us ! Would highly recommend !

Had such a great time staying in the tiny cabin, I ended up prolonging my stay!! The site was clean, accessible and fun. I never felt unsafe. Everyone I met in Delphi was super kind, especially the camp host and his wife!

What a cool place to shack up at with friends and or family. Peaceful surrounds make for a relaxing night at the fire pit. Tons of beds to choose from upstairs first floor and down stairs, all with a full bathroom on each floor.

My friend and I had a great girls weekend away at Lois’s! Her cottage is adorable and cozy making you feel right at home. Lois thought of everything and was so helpful and responded right away when we communicated. We would definitely stay there again! Thank you Lois!! -Annie S

I had an amazing experience staying at this Airbnb! The space was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. The host was very responsive and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed, even leaving thoughtful touches like snacks and local recommendations. The location was perfect—quiet, safe, and close to everything I wanted to explore. I felt right at home and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!
