This first floor room, in our self contained guest annexe, has independent access via a door on the drive. It is a large, bright and light double room with a decent sized ensuite shower room and a king size bed. There is a comfortable sofa and a bar/table for eating or working at. There is safe parking for your car on our private drive. There are no cooking facilities but there is a small fridge, kettle and toaster. Basic provisions will be provided so you can make tea, coffee and toast!

Beautiful outhouse in Bosham village. 5 minute walk to Bosham Harbour and a 10 minute drive into Chichester and 15 minute drive to Goodwood. Enjoy the privacy of your own space with an exclusive eating area on the rear patio which has a table and sun loungers. Free parking available (10 min walk to Bosham train station and 7 min walk to Crate Cafe and the local Coop). You also have Marwicks restaurant on your doorstep. Very peaceful and close to everything you will need for your stay!

If you need a reasonable place to lay your head on the West Sussex coast, this place is perfect. There is a nursery opposite so although it is a rural location don’t go expecting it be quiet during the day. However this didn’t seem to bother us too much as we were only there for the night.

We loved the barn, it is in a great location with a lovely view from the bedroom window down to the water. It situated in a quaint village with an easy walk to the local pub, and very close to neighbouring Bosham. Sandra was very responsive, giving great directions for when we arrived. She has clearly put a lot of effort into the space as everything had been thought of. Overall, highly recommend and we would be keen to visit again in the future!

We stayed there for a long stay and the area and the building are amazing. Our dogs joined us and loved the beautiful walks around the area. There are plenty of restaurants and pubs nearby and you are close to Chichester. The cottage is beautiful and the site is fabulous. We would love to stay in the same location again

Absolutely lovely stay, 20 mins walk to west wittering beach, also close to east wittering for some lovely breakfast places and local pubs (the lamb for amazing pizza during summer and the wittering pub is very close too and lovely). Taxis seem to be a bit expensive but uber did come out to get us twice no problem. Didn’t use any of the cookery items at the Airbnb as we were out to eat, but would have been fine. Lovely stay, would definitely come back.
