Spacious 4,000 sq ft house in quiet neighborhood

Welcome to our recently remodeled (Nov 2023) 6 bedroom/3.5 bathrooms house with a lot of space to play and relax in the house or at the backyard next to the creek. We have the fully equipped kitchen, the grill and the big dining table which can accommodate at least 14 people. There are three bedrooms on the main floor, easy to access, and other three bedrooms and the playing area are downstairs. We have beds for up to 20 people. There are two decks, one at kitchen another at master bedroom.

We are in a quiet, picturesque neighborhood, six miles west of downtown Portland, and less than a mile to the light rail and bus. . Also we are close to a nature trail, parks, St.Vincent's Hospital and Nike. Note: recliners need to stay upright.

The guests full bathroom is located in the home's utility room a short lighted pathway walk from the yurt.

Host lives on premises. Not a party house. Please note that the February wind and ice storms destroyed the back yard pond. The back porch is still usable, but has the "beauty" of the destruction of nature and not the beauty of the hard work of creating an elegant landscaped pond.
