The apartment is conveniently located close to local shops and cafes which are literally less then 5 minutes walk. There is also a grocery store less than 20meters away and two train stations within walking distance. Seddon is 7km travel distance from the Melbourne CBD and 4 train stops away. The whole apartment is available for your private stay. There is a separate rear door entry to the top level via a lane way. Your host won’t be on the property but they’ll be available for anything you need during your stay. We are only a phone call or email away and will not be too far away. Seddon is an inner city suburb with a friendly demographic that enjoys the cafe and coffee culture. There are small parks speckled throughout the suburb and people will always greet you with a smile as they pass you by. There is a train station with walking distance away and takes 4 stops to arrive within the Melbourne City CBD. If you have a rental car, you can park about 20 meteres away from the apartment with no restrictions. The apartment is located on the top level of a retail store with a private entry from the rear lane.

Our freshly, fully renovated and styled house is just 10km from the CBD. 5km from Flemington races. Walking distance to parks and Tottenham station (5 stops from Southern Cross STN) the house can sleep 4 guests (one Queen bed in bedroom 1, two single bed in bed 2). Full kitchen with dishwasher, decked outdoor area with seating, washing machine, upstairs study nook. Nearby Barkley St has great food and bars. Keyless entry for easy self check in. You have access to the whole house (except garage).

Our ground floor 2 bedroom unit is cosy and comfortable which was built in 1970s. It is surrounded by trees and greenery. It has all the facilities required to make the stay comfortable. It is close to public transport, Footscray Park, Victoria University, Western Private Hospital, McDonald's. There are plenty of food places within 15 minutes walk either for dining or for other amenities. CBD is only 15 minutes drive.

Jing’s place has marvelous views and the place was spotless and well maintained. Everything was just as described- very clear instructions on how to check in. Highly recommended for anyone who loves to spend some peaceful time with scenic views.

Fantastic place, super cosy and well looked after. Nice, tidy and clean. Was staying during some cold nights but the new air cons were wonderful at keeping us warm.

Was a lovely stay in Yen’s home. Nice and quiet area and other guests staying were nice and respectful. Couldn’t have asked for better hosts was made to feel at home straight away ☺️. Stayed for a long stay and was there over the Easter period and even had an Easter present given to us from Yen which was very kind. Would definitely recommend and would love to come back and stay again when visiting the area.
