Talk about a great escape. Shasta’s listing was amazing and extremely convenient. With the market just a minute away and walking distance between Ricks Cafe and Rockhouse. The only issue is that the road way in the back of the house can get dark but it is well lit by the listing, the old restaurant might look a little spooky but I love to see how nature naturally takes over. The area is full of great views and peace and quiet.I will most definitely make my way back to Shasta. Most definitely appreciated my 2 little bodyguards (2 adorable dogs).

We stayed in the lodging (slightly upgraded) which is next to the one shown in this listing. Superb location, right across the street from the beach, a 2 min walk from mall with supermarket ATM…calm, quiet, authentic. Comfortable, well-equipped, and private (while still being within a compound shared with Bridgette and her lovely family), this maisonette has its own little veranda, hot showers, and everything you’d need to cook (stove, oven, microwave, large fridge/freezer, coffee machine & water boiler). My partner and I both loved our stay & share fond memories of our time here!

Our stay at the Spring Garden Mobay Resort was amazing. Melds hospitality was great, we felt safe and the location of the airbnb was perfect! The airbnb itself was huge and the rooms met all our expectations. My toddler enjoyed the pool and we were grateful for the washer and dryer in the laundry room. The kitchen area was a plus, as we made breakfast some mornings, as well as prepared lunch for our little one. Everything we needed was there (e.g. pots, containers, glasses, plates etc). All in all, an 11 of 10 experience and stay. We will definitely stay at the Spring Garden Mobay Resort if we visit Jamaica again.

Great cute villa close to everything safe and wonderful hostess. This was our second stay and we appreciated the quick response to book last minute due to a bad place we had to leave;) we will definitely be back again

This stay was beyond amazing. My girlfriend and I absolutely fell in love with the place. We’ve even considered possibly getting married on the property. It’s an absolute gem. We will definitely be coming for another stay.

We had a wedding to go to and decided to make a small vacation out of it. Wesley let us park in his gated lot and gave us the best recommendations, from eating at Sips and Bites (yum) or heading out to Alfreds Ocean Palace for a fun day on the beach where they had chairs and delicious food and a full bar. Every place he steered us to treated us kindly and fairly and we were so grateful to Wesley's thoughtfulness in his suggestions. Honestly wish we had allotted more time to stay in Negril cause we would have loved to hang out and relax and spend more time with Wesley. Genuinely a chill person and so kind and helpful. He even shared with us some juice from the local fruit when we checked in and it was so yummy. Definitely can't wait to come back.

The place was very comfortable, I enjoyed the facilities and felt quite safe and peaceful. Stayed for a friend's wedding and it was quite central and easy to find. Rosemarie communicated and checked in daily. Charmaine who was there to assist with all my needs went above and beyond, ensuring my mornings were met with a nice cup of coffee and even aided me with getting ready. The place was spotless and Char even resprayed the rooms in the evening to ensure any stray mosquitos were dealt with. All the amenities listed were present except a kettle but I didn't need it as pots and pans were made available and I had brought pre-seasoned meals to prepare. I would definitely recommend a week at this lovely space. I hope to visit again soon.

It’s peaceful and quiet just what I needed

Beautiful accommodations, well situated to the beach 150 feet! Bar, chairs, umbrella and the vibes were fantastic! The best part for us was having Susan as our housekeeper who cooked authentic Jamaican meals every night and kept our fridge full and facility clean! Fitzroy is the grill master and go to guy for everything else. Never had to leave our sunny home and the service was over the top! Great place and will be back!

2nd time staying here was just as amazing as the 1st still HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

We loved our stay! It was very convenient to walk to bars and restaurants. The beautiful view of the water was the best ever! The host was great at communicating and the staff was very friendly and nice. It does get loud at night with nearby music but we had a travel noise machine and ear plugs to help. I would recommend staying here and would stay here again!

This is our second year at Bougainvillea House. Sajid is the world’s greatest host. The house is clean with a great kitchen. The yard is beautiful and the neighbors are friendly.

this place is great for kids and families. there is a trampoline and everything the kids need for the pool: towels, shade, chairs, floaties! there's a pack n play, lots of pillows and blankets. super soft bedding and comfortable beds. allllll the comforts of home. chefs kitchen, and a killer back patio. lucea is a great halfway between negril and Mobay. the scheme is safe and clean. community space is lovely. all in all it eas the perfect fit for the kind of trip to jamaica we were looking for.

Where do i begin! It was like being home, very clean, quiet and peaceful. The beds were comfortable, the decor was beautiful, color scheme was on point. The Kitchen had exactly what we needed to cook. The backyard was cozy and the property manger laughed, when I asked if we were welcome to eat the mango’s. The only thing you must have is a driver or your own vehicle. It’s a new development, and so security was there to greet us! We absolutely admire the home. Didn’t get a chance to swim because it thundered, but the coziness of the home was perfect for the weather. The price was just right! I just didn’t want to leave today. Headed to MoBay but I could have stay here longer. Thanks for hosting me and my family.

I had an excellent time at this Airbnb. Leteisha has a wonderful home with a gorgeous front porch where we saw horses and goats. The house has a great kitchen and cold fridge which made for easy cooking. Kitchen is fully equipped. Bathrooms had towels and hot water which was perfect after being in the hot Negril sun. Very close drive to main Negril. I will be back again soon!

we had a brilliant time amazing veiw we watched the turtles every morning was great restaurants on site pizza jerk chicken a chicken place all sorts you can get security on site supermarket on site and a bar. the gentleman man what showed us round the property was a lovely friendly man told us everything we needed to no. brilliant host kept us up to date with everything responded quickly great stay

This place is beautiful. Definitely Rustic! Which we loved. We enjoyed every minute we were here. We have stayed in the all inclusive resorts several times and wanted a change. The drive up is a little rough but worth it. The river access this place has is awesome! My kids jumped in the river and floated down to a stair access point for hours! We had more fun in and around the river then we did at the beach. If u don't like reptiles this place isn't for u. There is a good amount of little lizards who keep the bugs away. The Air conditioners in each bedroom do a great job! Matthew is a great host. We hope to definitely be repeat customers. I'd love to keep this place a secret because it's a hidden gem. The staff is friendly! We love Joyce. She got all the kids coconuts and mangos. We also had a few nights of meals prepared for us. Food was great. The Chef Juicy and Matt's Mom were very friendly.

Apart from having that one little hiccup everything was great. My stay was wonderful and peaceful. The host was a very nice and accommodating. I would definitely book again

The hotel is on the beach. We walked to Margaritaville by the street it was a nice walk. We also walked down the beach to the right. Had a lovely stay. Would be a great place to stay a long time.

this is a wonderful place to stay. beautiful, private beach, extra amenities, great kitchen wares which you typically don't see in other places. the host answers any questions right away. we highly recommend!!!

Marion was very hospitable and clear in her communication. I can tell that she’s respected in her community & that her overall demeanour is very motherly. She was not invasive at all, and allowed me to enjoy the space. I like that the place has all necessary items to live comfortably including the personal parking, bathroom with toiletries; towels and rags; and an iron if needed. The kitchen had needed appliances such as fridge, microwave and kettle; and a number of dishes and utensils that anyone may need. The bedroom has a nice TV, 2-piece dining table, dresser, small sofa, AC, ceiling fan and A+ quality WiFi. I’m happy for what I got for the price. She also paid attention to finer details such as providing a number of snacks to eat, items to make a hot beverage and cold items in the fridge (both alcoholic and nonalcoholic). The property is peaceful and Marion was helpful in providing directions adequately. She was also kind in providing recommendations about places to visit. Kudos!
