The owners had prearranged our pickup at the airport. Our driver, Richie, quickly loaded our bags into the car and off we went. The drive to Little Bay, across the mountain was amazing. Stopping for some jerk chicken on the way. Riche told us a bit about Jamaica and the village we were heading to. He was very informative and answered so many questions! The sound of the waves crashing against the rocks was the sound I fell asleep to every night. Morning coffee was under the gazebo by the sea, listening to the waves and contemplating “why would we ever want to leave paradise”? We came to understand the kitchen is Annie’s domain while the house was under Sophies care. Together they prepared fabulous meals and kept the house spotless. During the heat of the day, we would take a refreshing dip in the pool located right next to the sea. I want everyone to know, we were two women traveling alone without any concerns. My family and I just love this beautiful property! Very spacious, secure, comfortable, and clean. The pool is so refreshing and therapeutic on a hot day in Jamaica. We hosted our annual family reunion at the property , it was amazing and able to accommodate all of our needs . The sea is directly across the street and the beach is a very short walk down the road. Whenever I visit Jamaica this is and will always be my go to. The property owner Susan responds immediately and is very welcoming and knowledgeable about the area and things to. 5 stars!!!

This listing was exactly what my family and I needed. It was close to our relatives, quick and easy access to the main roads. Host was super responsive with everything I asked. Very helpful. And they accommodated my family and I so well. The photos were a true representation of what the space looks like. Thank you for making us feel comfortable and taken care of.

Our stay at Gregrey’s place was absolutely wonderful ! The house was clean and well-equipped.Gregrey was a wonderful host, always responsive and helpful. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore and enjoy my family and I stay. We would definitely stay here again.

We just spent two weeks in Negril with Marva. Her hospitality is superb, as well as being a genuinely nice person, she is a very proactive and responsive host. She helped arrange airport transportation, which was prompt and efficient, and much appreciated. She is close by if you need anything or have a question, but was very respectful of privacy. Regarding the space: it was larger than expected, the bedroom, bath and closet were quite large and comfortable. Bed was comfy and the a/c was so nice at night. Water pressure was an intermittent problem, but I think that is expected in Negril. Plenty of hot water. The kitchen is adequately stocked for cooking simple meals, full size refrigerator. Great pool available for guests. Our favorite aspect of the apartment was the covered spacious verandah where we could listen to the birds or watch a good tropical rain storm. Location is off the main road, but easy to access taxis. Several good restaurants (Patsy's!) walkable. Book it!

Absolutely loved the location, the house felt like home no negative comment but maybe a suggestion in terms of the security check in process maybe a pass given to airbnb guest to display in their vehicle for the duration of their stay. Everytime we left the property and return we went through security screening of validating who we are, not a big deal but more of an inconvenience as some security we more courteous than others. Overall we enjoyed our time at the property.

WOW! Our group of 10 had the best experience this past week! Richie was the most gracious, helpful, fun caretaker. He showed us around town and took us to some secret gems. Auntie Jo and Runa were fabulous cooks. The porridge is TO DIE FOR! We also had Runa make us an authentic sweet potato pudding for our last meal and we all raved about how delicious it was! The rooms were all very well kept and had comfortable beds. They are separate and it allows for a private feel even amongst a large group. We were able to swim in the ocean on the first 2 days when the water was calm and it was like heaven. We recommend having a drink and playing some skill games at Carl's (a 2 minute walk from the house). There is also a small market right next to that to get any essentials you may need. The locals in the town were all very nice to us and made us feel welcome. Our group will DEFINITELY be back to enjoy the house, Richie and his family, and the awesome town of Little Bay. Thank you!

Danielle is an amazing host! From the moment I sent my initial inquiry, she was on it—responding within five minutes and making sure all my needs were taken care of. I told her I wanted a chef during my stay, and she absolutely delivered. She found me a terrific and affordable chef who cooked exactly what I wanted every single time. Her house manager met me right on time at the airport—no delays, no confusion, just smooth and professional. The home itself is exactly as described: clean, safe, modern, and super comfortable. And let me tell you, if you’re like me and love the cold—the master bedroom A/C gets ice cold! Just the way I like it! If you’re heading to the Lucea area, don’t even think twice—book with Danielle. She truly went above and beyond. I’m giving this one 10 thumbs up!

Elysium was great! The place was really clean and looked exactly like the pictures. I love how private and protected the place is. It was very quiet and peaceful. He was a great host. If you’re thinking about getting this place please book! He is amazing

The cabin was absolutely perfect for a couples getaway. The caves are beautiful but be careful on the rocks. The ocean view was breathtaking. It is a cabin in the garden so expect a few little creatures, but nothing a little repellent can’t help. The windows are all meshed to keep out the lizards. Overall a great stay on the West End.

Terri was very kind! The accommodation was exactly as advertised, everything was very clean and organized.

Before my trip, I was a bit unsure about how this reservation would turn out because of a weird encounter with another host (Yourie) who I originally booked a reservation with that had the exact same images listed as Fantasea. I’m still not quite sure what was behind that entire situation, but once I reached out to Tina she was very responsive and informed me that she was in fact the owner of this unit. I was very happy with my stay. It’s a very comfortable place in a convenient location. There is security and the property was very peaceful and serene. It made you feel like you were at a small private resort of your own. The wifi was a bit unstable at times especially if I had to use more than one device at a time, but other than that everything else was just fine. Tina’s assistant checked on me periodically to make sure everything was okay, and answer any questions I had. I would definitely recommend for anyone who is interested in having a more local experience in Negril and for longer term stays.

Had a good stay overall. The space itself is very quiet and relaxing. The one issue I ran into was being racially profiled by security who followed me around and asked if I was really a resident, even after I showed them my keys they were disrespectful. I found them hanging out in the backyard near my bedroom window and asked them to move and they were rude and disrespectful. But I spoke to their manager and it was addressed. Besides that frustrating experience, I had a good experience here overall.

Our stay at Lloyd & Laura was memorable. The house is extremely clean and nicely decorated. Mr. Reid the co-host was courteous and he made us feel at home.The house is peaceful and affordable. The appliances are new and we were able to cook and wash during our lengthy stay. I love the location of the property it’s cozy. Our safety was secured. I recommend this property highly and we will return whenever we visit Jamaica. It is also close to the tourist resort areas and the airport. We were so appreciative of the luxury and affordability that we treated their property with great respect. Lovely people to deal with. I implore you to book this property you won’t regret it. Kids enjoyed themselves. Included breakfast with stay was a nice treat. Property was beautiful and comforting. Recommend renting a car to drive into town when needed.

The unit was very clean and tidy. It has everything you need to spend a few days; bath towel, hand soap, toilet paper and a great shower. Pots, plates, glasses, and mugs in the kitchen. Refrigerator and freezer. The windows are protected with mosquito nets so that bugs do not enter, and this was great for my cat, as she travels with me. The accommodation is in a very quiet area. You can take a walk to the famous Rick's Café and along the way you will find craft stalls, bars, fruits, etc. Seven Mile Beach is a little further away but you can also walk (if you like walking) and so you can get to know and enjoy the beauty of Negril more.

Pablo's place is well kept and spacious. The hosts are amicable and available for any additional support you may need. It is located within close proximity to the major Negril attractions like 8mile beach and Rick's Cafe. Also a quick drive to the town center.
