Philip has been a great host, and we had an incredible stay. Not only was the house absolutely stunning, but the location couldn’t be better. Despite the weather still being chilly - the house felt warm and inviting, my favourite was enjoying the sea views from the comfort of the house while sipping my morning coffee. It’s clear that a lot of care has gone into making this place feel like a home. We’ve travelled with two young kids and everything we needed was already there. The welcome treats were a big bonus! We’ve enjoyed a bottle of Prosecco with our friends on arrival. I hope we can return soon.

Gorgeous gorgeous. Such a beautiful Property with so much character . It’s full of wonderful ornaments , books and furniture ! Kitchen is so well equipped and the upstairs is surprisingly spacious!! It was in the perfect location for our trip and there is a handy shop , pharmacy etc. loved our stay! Thank you

Loved where Tom-pass The key's home is. Very peaceful. Lovely out look from the conservatory. Beach is 5 minutes by car. Chichester 10 minutes by car. Really lovely place.

Beautiful house and felt like a real home from home. Beds were very comfortable and ideal for our family (4 adults, 1 child, 1 baby). The property has a stunning kitchen area and the whole house is decorated to a very high standard. Everything available you could need (all the little basics) and more. Lovely touches like a welcome pack including a bottle of Prosecco, biscuits etc. This is probably one of the loveliest properties we have stayed in and so conveniently placed halfway between useful shopping area and the beach. Local park nearby for children too and parking for up to 4 vehicles behind a large secure gate. Only criticism (although minor) is the windows would benefit from blackout blinds as we all tended to wake up early due to sunshine streaming in despite blinds being drawn. Thank you Karen for a lovely stay - would highly recommend this property for family holiday /get together and we are very likely to return.

We had a lovely few days away in this cosy cottage with our Boston Terrier. Small, but with all the facilities you need, this is lovely accommodation for a short break. The pub opposite does lovely food with another pub a short walk up the road. The beach is 5 minute walk away but is now somewhat storm battered - still makes an interesting walk. The lovely towns of Arundel and Chichester are a short drive. Easy parking at the accommodation but be aware the cottage is set in woodland with lots of nesting birds resulting in a rather dirty car each morning (ended up parking outside the pub)!

Really enjoyed our stay with our dog - who loved the paddock! So relaxing to just sit on the sofa, enjoy the outlook and watch the birds wizz about. Beautiful and peaceful location with wonderful local walks, especially down the lane towards West Ashling with its picturesque mill pond. On a Monday evening there's a wood fired pizza van at the Richmond Arms there, serving delicious pizzas. Bosham and West Wittering are easily reached by car and well worth a visit.

Jo was a great host so friendly and very welcoming , Jo even sent useful videos of how to find the house . The house was beautiful so spacious and comfortable with beautiful gardens . The kitchen was so well equipped there was everything I needed to cook a birthday dinner for my mum . The info folders at the house were great and answered any questions we had . We really enjoyed our stay from start to finish .

Emily was so easy to communicate with and her property is just right. Sofa bed and sofa really comfy. Great main bedroom. We had a little space outside and full use of swing for my daughter. Chatty and advised us of good places to go. We will definitely back as it is fabulous- a much nicer version of home from home- and so close to great places to visit. And our dogs loved the nearby walks and Ruby!

We had a blissful time at the granary and would definitely recommend this place to others. It’s a beautiful building but the grounds of Coes Farm and the added bonus of having a pool (which if you are lucky is essentially a private pool all to yourself as it was always empty when we went in) make it an amazing place to unwind and rest. The property had everything we needed, including some little ducks who came to the back door to welcome us! We would also recommend a trip to Canterbury while you are here, it is a beautiful place to visit.

This is our favourite Airbnb by a long shot. The "nest" was spotlessly clean and sits on a lovely, peaceful plot with amazing views. Clive and Caroline are wonderful hosts with a wealth of local knowledge. Highly recommended.

What a truly beautiful stay. The cottage was so clean , bright, everything you needed, plenty of places to go and things to do leaflets. The beds were so comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped . You are surrounded in nature and wildlife , its so peaceful and the Red Kite feeding was absolutely out of this world The garden and woodland is fantastic , there is so much to see as you walk around . There is a beautiful terrace to sit and look at the views and watch the birds . Outstanding. Marley and his Grandad Fred are wonderful and so very friendly and welcoming. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be going back and would highly recommend. Thank you for making our stay so amazing .

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The added luxuries throughout the house were a great touch. From the snack basket, to the toiletries and the barbecue supplies. Everything was easy to use and welcoming. The uniqueness of having exclusive and nearby access to a pool and hot tub in a small property was perfect for our young family. We can put the kids to bed and enjoy the amenities together while making sure the kids are OK - something not possible in hotels and other resorts. The space was great. Clean, well-stocked and had everything you'd need for a summer retreat. The combination of the pool, dog, BBQ, pizza oven and included games meant our kids thoroughly enjoyed their time - us too. Definitely a winning combo. Thanks for having us!

We had a 2 night stay during half term. The lodge was perfect t for what we needed. Easy to find, had all the necessary amenities and the hot tub was a great bonus!

Perfect place for our family of four to stay for a peaceful and secluded retreat for a couple of nights. The cottage was lovely and the grounds and surrounding garden were beautiful. My two primary school aged daughters loved spending time in the swimming pool and even attempted to play a bit of tennis! Caroline was a brilliant host and keen to ensure we had a comfortable stay. Super friendly and always clear and responsive with communication. Would love to stay here again some time and hope we get a chance to do so!

We had a relaxing stay here. The bed was super comfy, the area is very rural and quiet. Plenty of woodlands to walk and explore. Animals to interact with on the farm. We had everything we needed on site, we used their BBQ and had a wonderful birthday break. Everything was clean and tidy on arrival. Thanks for having us!

We stayed at Romy’s place for two nights as a family of four. This is a great place. Off the beaten track yet close to Horsham and local amenities. The space is well designed thought out and comfortable. Romy was a great host and was very friendly and communicative. We would happily stay here again if in the area.

Loved our stay here - amazing space and lovely surroundings. Was perfect having the dog and we made the most of the adjoining field for some dog training which was a bonus! Highly recommend :)

This was a lovely little cottage to stay in for a short stay in West Sussex. Beautifully decorated and super comfy mattresses! Very close to all that Arundel has to offer and handy on-street parking on the road outside.

The Drey is a beautiful peaceful cabin and Anna is a superb host. The cabin has everything you need, comfy sofa and bed, well equipped kitchen and nice hot shower. There’s a lovely patio area and the cabin is completely private from the main house. Anna is very friendly and helpful with local information and incredibly thoughtful in providing lots of special touches throughout. Can’t recommend enough!

This house was beautiful and had everything that we needed. The location was so quiet and our host was welcoming. We all wanted to move here and become artists. We walked across the fields to the local pub and saw the sunset on the way back. Idyllic.

The place was absolutely amazing – even better than expected. Amanda’s instructions were clear and super helpful, making everything easy from the moment we arrived. It truly is a special spot – so peaceful and quiet, with beautiful dog walks right from the front door. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing escape.

We had a lovely short stay at the Den for a wedding - the hosts prepared the room early for us even though sadly traffic meant we had to go straight to the wedding in the end! When we came late at night it was cosy, clean and welcoming - we would happily stay here again.

Cannot say enough good things about Alison's place and Alison as a host. The place is exactly as described, immaculately presented and spotlessly clean, it was absolutely ideal for my Mum and I to get our heads down when visiting family in the area for the weekend. My dog came too and felt right at home. The little touches, such as milk, cereal etc, and the personalised welcome note and such detailed instructions made our stay easy and effortless. Couldn't have asked for more and will definitely stay again!
