Monthly Rentals in West Ayton

Lovely little cottage and garden. Able to sit outside to eat but still undercover to protect from the rain! Wonderful to have a wood burner with clear instructions for use. The garden was small but very secure for my dog and still lots for her to explore. Would definitely stay again.

Jennifer’s place Derwent House East Wing is the perfect location if you want a peaceful and charming stay. More than you could wish for a quiet area with some restaurants and convenience store a very short walk away and a short drive to the coast and more beautiful surroundings. The bed was super comfy and the lounge just delightful. The added bonus of some walks from the back garden gate too. Would highly recommend and would definitely book again.

Was a last minute booking for me and my Fiancée, the croft was clean, cosy and made us feel at home. Would definitely recommend the croft. We will most likely be booking the croft again in the future.

We had a wonderful stay a Kate’s place and met lots of friendly people, horses and dogs while there. The location was ideal for us close to the wildlife attractions we wanted to see and with beautiful walks close by. Kate, was very helpful in providing suggestions on places of interest in the area including restaurants.
