A studio that is a kind of annex to the residential building. The architect loved chapels, so the extension became a 6-meter-high room with a wooden ceiling and parquet. Sleeping place in a gallery. The lake with good bathing facilities and the S-Bahn to Munich are reachable in a few minutes of walk, the nearest supermarket is about 1.5 kilometers away. The house includes living room, a bedroom with double bed, another bedroom with single bed (access to this via the main bedroom), as well as the kitchen and a modern bathroom.
