Cozy construction trailer to feel good, in the garden with pear and apple trees and with two ducks. Idyllic in all seasons. The lake is accessed from the garden gate, across the street and another 150 m..., then you are at the swimming lake, walk around the lake 1.5 km. Self-sufficient in the construction trailer. A self-catering kitchen and a separate bathroom are located in the annex, for your own use (not in the family's house). We (Gesa and Christoph with our two children) live in the house on the property.

The location is ideal for cycling and swimming also in the Wörth and Pilsen lakes. The centre can be reached on foot in 6 Min.. Munich can be reached in ca. 25 Min. (35 km), Neuschwanstein and Zugspitze in approx. 90 Min.

From here you can easily reach Munich city center for sightseeing, exhibitions, as well as Oktoberfest by S-Bahn, train or car in about 30 minutes. The Messestadt Riem (concerts and trade fairs) only 20 minutes. The Allianz Arena is also easily accessible by public transport. For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. In the apartment building is the condo "Gemütliches Eck" with 30 m² on the beautiful Wörthsee. The property is located on a hill and can be reached from the main road. Ideal for nature lovers. Walking distance to the S-Bahn is 15 minutes. From the S-Bahn station Steinebach to Munich Central Station it takes 40 minutes. The lake is 5 minutes away on foot. A concrete terrace is available for guests to share. From now on also sup board rental, request at least one day in advance

The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, 100 sqm2 in size, offers plenty of space, light and a view over the lake and the mountains – great to unwind. The house has 4 bedrooms, a whirlpool, a well equipped kitchen, a games room, a living room with fireplace, large sofas & TV. There are 3 showers in total and two bathrooms. We want to provide a safe retreat and a home away from home in these crazy times. We will always disinfect the house thoroughly!

Unsere moderne Zwei-Zimmer-Einliegerwohnung bietet eine kleines Schlafzimmer, ein Wohnzimmer mit Schlafcouch, eine komplett ausgestattete Küche, eine Abstellkammer, ein modernes Bad mit Regendusche und zwei sonnige Terrassen. Die Wohnung hat einen eigenen Zugang über den Garten. Parken ist an der kaum befahrenen Straße möglich. Durch die ländliche Lage empfiehlt sich ein Auto. München ist in ca 35 Minuten, die Berge in 50 Minuten Fahrzeit erreichbar.

It is a bedroom of about 13 square meters, a cozy small kitchen, with table and chairs and a bathroom with tub, toilet and shower. The bedroom as well as the kitchen have access to the balcony and terrace, overlooking Lake Ammersee. There is also a patio to relax in the adjoining wooded area, which also belongs to the apartment. The car can be parked in the underground garage. A footpath leads to the lake and beach promenade in 10 minutes

Loft in the country house - home in the 5-lake region/Munich

Spacious self-contained apartment in the attic of a former farmhouse. Located between Lake Ammersee, Lake Starnberg, Lake Wörthsee, Lake Pilsensee and Lake Weßling, in the middle of the 5-lake region. In the house is also the apartment of the landlords and an office. Parking is available in front of the house on the street. By car, it is just under 5 minutes to the nearest bakery / supermarket. Note: We have a dog.
