Welcome to the sunny upper apartment of my house! The enclosed apartment has 2-room/kitchen/bathroom with beautiful loggia, located in the middle of the green; but it is only 4 km to Bremen-Vegesack and to the Weser. A food market is only 1.5 km away. Carport with wallbox for electric cars can be used and there is a storage facility for bicycles, battery charging possible. In the wooded surroundings and directly on the Weser there are many opportunities for hiking or cycling.
