Our duplex cottage (44 square meters) with private entrance, terrace, parking and wallbox is located in the quiet Bürgerfelde district - on the outskirts of town and yet centrally located! Just 15 minutes by bike or bus from downtown, the train station and university and a few minutes' walk to the green surroundings. The house is completely renovated and equipped with everything new and comfortable. Ideal occupancy is 1-2 people/couples. For a few nights, you can also accommodate three people. Pets welcome!

Sleeping area (large double bed) on the upper floor with slopes can be reached via small stairs. Approximately 2 km from the town center and only 200 m to take long walks in the countryside or forest. Bus and train stop about 800 m away to visit Bremen (20 min.) or Worpswede (20 min.)

With a large guest garden, free parking and a bicycle garage that is locked overnight. Central but quiet location in the historic center. Supermarket, ice cream parlors, restaurants and a bakery with breakfast are a few minutes' walk away. The green beach on the North Sea with an idyllic cutter harbor and the Weser bike path are about 1 km away.

WeserNah vacation home

Unique apartment in the immediate vicinity of the Weser. The entire property was renovated in 2020 and impresses with upscale furnishings as well as a fantastic view of the Weser. The property is located directly on the Weserdeich and therefore offers a very quiet yet close to the city location. Two enclosed bedrooms and the open attic room with two double beds and a sofa bed can accommodate up to five people.

At the lake, just lie down, sit, walk, swim, ride a pedal boat or fish during the season, etc... a lot is possible! We are located in a "two-wheel" friendly region! This unique place has a style all its own. On 85 square meters, the cozy living room with open kitchen, a small office and the pretty guest toilet are located on the first floor. The staircase leads to the gallery, where there is a comfortable sofa bed and a TV. The bedroom has a spacious box-spring bed and the directly adjacent bathroom.

House "Tobias" - small but nice -

The house is an outbuilding and is located on my small farm. You have the house all to yourself. From the covered conservatory terrace you have an amazing view of fields, meadows and forest. It is a place to switch off and relax.
