The well-equipped fitted kitchen was included in the open concept. The apartment is equipped with underfloor heating and bamboo parquet and also has a fireplace The view through the floor-to-ceiling windows falls on the quiet residential street or the green roof. The 100 m² apartment, in a listed building, with a large terrace, in the Mediterranean garden, is located in the idyllic Knoops Park. Walks to the nearby river are a natural fit and an ideal starting point for bike tours. The maritime Vegesack with its historic harbor, like the city center of Bremen, are accessible by public transport. Bus stop 100 m, train station 850 m away.

Our guests have the upper floor with 90 square meters to themselves. A small second front door leads upstairs. There is a kitchen-living room, a large bedroom with a 160 cm double bed, another room with a 140 cm double bed, the fireplace room, a small balcony and a bathroom with tub and shower. On the ground floor I live with my boyfriend and our 3 CATS, I cannot rule out that the curious furry inhabitants will visit you if you have the door open.

Enjoy your time out in our tasteful accommodation right next to the natural forest Franzhorner Forst. The apartment is family-friendly and fully equipped with everything you need for a nice break. When you step out of your own front door, you are practically already on the Nordpfad/in the forest. In the shared large garden plot there is a private terrace, a fire pit and the possibility to barbecue and plenty of space to relax.

My mono Teuto

NEW: Right next to "Mono" is another house, "Nest in the Forest." You can also visit. Or both… “Mono” is a trailer that was converted decades ago. In the course of a complete renovation, it received a timber frame skeleton all around in 2020 (new roof, new insulation, etc.) and thus a first floor. Size: 3.20 by 13 meters. It is called "Mono" because its exterior, like every room inside, is mainly determined by one color.

I am furnished so that you can find relaxation and well-being. Through my large window front you can look into the countryside... onto a large meadow, trees and bushes. I've been around for 50 years… even though tiny houses are all the rage right now, I've been around a long time… but I've recently been renovated and look forward to welcoming interesting guests!
