Lake Werdersee and the Weser River are within walking distance, and thanks to the excellent connection to several train and bus lines, the city center and the rest of Bremen are just a stone's throw away.

There is a bakery and village shop, and in Walsrode, 3 km away, there are numerous shopping opportunities.

Welcome to Altes Land, Germany's largest fruit growing area with its numerous orchards. Here you can relax wonderfully, especially cycling through apple orchards or to the nearby Elbe. For shopping, we recommend the Hanseatic city of Hamburg (about 45 minutes by car) or the cozy cities of Stade (20 minutes) and Buxtehude (12 minutes). In the shared large garden plot there is a private terrace, a fire pit and the possibility to barbecue and plenty of space to relax.
