Had a nice long weekend. It was very warm, but the fan was already running and kept the room nice and cool. Nice to be able to stay in the garden. Bicycles can be stored and charged. Beautiful area, nice farm shop nearby. Not to mention a delicious breakfast

As usual, it was a pleasure to stay at Ineke's house. The location is peaceful and easily accessible. The house is functional and beautifully decorated. There is a big garden with a private area. Ineke and her family are very friendly and responsive.

Beautifully located house at the edge of the village and the forest. The kitchen has everything needed for home cooking. Sandra is a warm hostess who responds quickly. Now in winter fine house but in good weather completely ideal.

There were four of us in Neles house for 5 nights. It has been a great stay! We had visited the Dokomi. The accommodation offered plenty of space so that 4 people could relax in parallel for the convention and prepare for the cosplays. Everything was very clean. Communication with Nele is also great - quick and friendly. Parking spaces were always found in front of the house on the street. A small suggestion for improvement on our part would be a TV, but we could also help ourselves with a tablet we brought for the evenings. All in all, we had a nice stay and would definitely recommend the accommodation and visit again!

We highly recommend a stay with Annelene, the apartment was great with everything you need, lovely surroundings with animals and a wonderful garden. You feel really welcome, as I said, we would like to recommend the place and we would love to come back if one day there is an opportunity for an apartment on the ground floor

We were warmly received and given clear information. The chalet is neatly clean and very cozily furnished and we felt right at home. The area is very nice and we would like to come back to this region.

We wanted a weekend completely out of everything and just enjoy summer, sun, pool. And we found exactly what we were looking for here. We liked the extensive basic equipment (soap, garbage bags, kitchen roll, salt/pepper/sugar/detergent, etc.) very much, because despite regular stays in apartments, we always forget something. And my personal highlight: the large bookshelf perfectly structured by theme. Also a nice way to get to know people (landlords). Conclusion: Recommended for anyone who wants to slow down.

The accommodation with this huge garden is a dream for a vacation with a dog. The garden is fenced high enough that you don't have to worry about your four-legged friend. You have absolute peace, the neighbors are far enough away. After the drive along the unpaved path through the forest, you are already in the middle of the vacation atmosphere. Then there's this beautiful large pool, the heated Jacuzzi, the hammock between the trees, the tree swing... What else could you ask for? It's not without reason that this place is fully booked. The surrounding area has a lot to offer for nature lovers. At Lake Leuk, you have all the possibilities to do water sports or go fishing. We felt completely comfortable and will definitely be back.

Mirjam’s place was very nice. During our time in the Netherlands it was very hot. We bought a fan to keep cool and enjoyed the cooler evenings on the patio. This was a wonderful place to stay with our dogs with nice places to walk them. The reception at the grounds was nice as well. Many games and activities took place. Would stay here again.

Staying with Barbara and Frank was really great. We felt very comfortable, had everything we needed and recovered well. Thank you for the hospitality. The apartment was really great. The garden is so well maintained and a great environment for walking and jogging.

Markus is a great host and is highly recommended if you ever stay around Düsseldorf. The location is perfect for nature lovers and yet close to the City Center, airport and convention Center. Recommended without any hesitation.

It was a great, relaxing time. Unfortunately, we only had one night, but we were able to use it to get out of the hustle and bustle of the city and work 🥰

Super great place to stay that is even better than it looks in the pictures. The apartment has a great location, very quiet and away from the hustle and bustle, but you can still get to Xanten or Sonnsbeck quickly. This quiet location is ideal for a few relaxing days and especially if you want to have a quiet New Year's Eve with your dog. Peter and Hella are also super nice hosts! This place can only be recommended!

We got married in the Lufre and highly recommend booking the apartment. The location of the apartment has made the preparation and follow-up much easier and you have practically fallen into bed after the long party. Communication with Kerstin was friendly and reliable. Check-in and check-out were very straightforward. The apartment was super clean. Bed linen and towels, everything there. Likewise, hygiene items and household products. An all-around perfect stay! We have now stayed at Rani's accommodation for the third time and have already booked for next year. The accommodation is superbly equipped, clean and you have a lot of peace. We definitely recommend the place!

We celebrated a lovely girlfriend weekend, with 8 ladies (40+), in this beautiful outdoor house in Xanten! The house is as described in the listing. With 8 ladies, we generously had the space for sleeping places and bathrooms. The kitchen is very well equipped, in terms of equipment and crockery. The wellness area is more luxurious than we had imagined. Outside we could sit in several places. The house is like new, in terms of finishing and cleaning, which made us all feel right at home. What we missed is a generous sofa on which you can relax together. This was of course known in advance, but for us it would have been of added value. Furthermore, the upstairs windows close automatically when moisture comes up. This was also known in advance, but we found it less pleasant ourselves. In the area, we were far from bored after 2 nights and the house was very popular with all of us, so as far as we are concerned certainly repeatable!
