The main room (wooden floor) is equipped with a small desk, chair, WLAN access, tv, bed (1,40x2,00m) with covers, armchair and a wardrobe . The mini kitchen comes with cooker, fridge, microwave, kettle, small table with chairs, etc. There's a level floor bathroom with shower and washing machine. Free and safe parking next to the house. Kostenlose Parkplätze sind auf der Straẞe vorhanden. S-Bahn und Bushaltestelle Kann man 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Die Straßenbahn braucht 15 min in die Bielefeld City. Gute Anbindung an die A2 und A33. Nur ein paar Gehminuten kann man den Teutoburger Wald genießen. Café, Kiosk und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe.

The apartment is centrally located in Borgholzhausen and yet very quiet in a cul-de-sac in a residential area with single-family houses. All shops serving everyday needs are within walking distance (baker also on Sundays!). Fantastic hiking trails start right by the house.

NEW: Right next to "Mono" is another house, "Nest in the Forest." You can also visit. Or both… “Mono” is a trailer that was converted decades ago. In the course of a complete renovation, it received a timber frame skeleton all around in 2020 (new roof, new insulation, etc.) and thus a first floor. Size: 3.20 by 13 meters. It is called "Mono" because its exterior, like every room inside, is mainly determined by one color.
