My house is in a small village.It is very quiet there. In the garden behind the house you have a pond for a real good relaxing. In the ground floor theres an open living room with the kitchen. The first floor offers two sleeping rooms. My house is very bright and charming. When you leave, you are directly in the nature. Very good for walking or biking. In the next village you can get what you need. The highway is about 6 km away. You want to relax or you look for a cosy place, you have to rent my house. If you want to visit Heidelberg or Rothenburg you can drive in 1 hour.To Wertheim, Würzburg or Heilbronn you have to drive 30 minutes.Enjoy

My house, which is approximately 115 square meters, is quietly located near the forest, without through traffic. There are many family-friendly activities in the area, such as a bike park, a summer toboggan run, a reservoir... and attractive small towns. From the wrap-around balcony (2 sides of the house), you can enjoy a view of unspoiled nature. Families with children, those seeking peace and quiet, sports enthusiasts, couples, groups, pets – everyone is welcome. My cozy house has 4 bedrooms, a kitchen and bathroom, a garage and underfloor heating.

Behind the house is a cozy terrace and a large fenced garden and lawn area. The terraced house, located close to the outskirts, offers excellent opportunities for walkers and cyclists to enjoy nature in a maximum of 5 minutes on beautiful hiking and cycling trails. The spacious townhouse is located in Miltenberg, the pearl on the Untermain. Odenwald and Spessart meet here on the Main and allow relaxing days in nature as well as a visit to the old town.
