Feel free to use the PlayStation or the electric sit/stand desk for home office activities. The loft is not far from Aschaffenburg, Frankfurt, Wertheim Village or Wuerzburg. All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.

The attic apartment (50 m²) offers an ideal starting point for cycling and hiking. Within walking distance you can reach a large children's playground, a beer garden and in 10 minutes you are in the old town of Wertheim. Supermarkets are a few minutes away by car or bike. The direct location on the Main gives you all the opportunities for fishing, canoeing or swimming. E-bike friendly! Bicycles can be parked and charged in the garage. The garden is available for use.

The vacation rental is located in an ecologically built natural climate house and is newly renovated. The house is located directly on the outskirts and is therefore very quiet. Central location for trips to Wertheim or Marktheidenfeld; Würzburg and Frankfurt can be reached in less than 1 hour. Whether you are looking for relaxation in the Spessart or are active in the local industry, with us you will find a small, cozy "home away from home."

This tiny studio apartment is located in the Bestenheid district, only about 2 km from the city center and almost at the same height as the old town. (No uphill climb) Located directly on the Main bike path, it is ideal for cycling tours along the Main.
