This is my second time staying at the property and I'm always happy to come back. The apartment is nicely decorated and super comfortable. :)

A beautiful, spacious apartment! However, only partially suitable for 8 people. There is only one toilet that is integrated into the bathroom and accessible by steps. A little dangerous and not accessible for the elderly at night. For 6 people who know each other well, but no problem at all. The apartment is super clean, very chic and stylishly furnished. The kitchen could be a little better equipped but fully suited for small cooking actions. Very large fridge compartment. Huge TV and large couch for everyone. The conservatory is also very nice, where you can sit outside nicely.

We felt very comfortable in Christina's apartment. Everything was as described and we will gladly come back. Communication was quick and totally friendly. An individual arrangement was also possible - that was great and was very accommodating to us. Thanks for a great stay!

Nice, clean, small apartment, well connected. Hossam communicates very friendly and responsive. Very well equiped kitchen. Comfortable bed! If you are sensitive to the street: pack earplugs. The smart home is very convenient, as you do not have to hand over keys :-)

Huong's place was just perfect for our needs. Only minutes away from shops and restaurants with a 5 minute walk to train station. I would be more than happy to stay there again and would recommend.

A wonderful stay! My girlfriends and I had the pleasure of staying at this charming place and it was just amazing! The apartment was spotlessly clean and very tastefully decorated which immediately created a cozy atmosphere. In addition, Anetta & Peter's place was equipped with additional amenities such as charging cables for mobile phone, iron and coffee. The location is perfect – quiet but still close to great restaurants and it's just a stone's throw to downtown Dortmund. The hosts were extremely friendly and welcoming. Anetta & Peter were always available if we had any questions. I particularly appreciated the flexibility of Anetta. The accommodation was still available at short notice and we were very grateful that everything went so smoothly. I highly recommend this place to stay and would come back anytime. Everything great - apartment has almost everything you need! Only roller blinds or thicker curtains in the sleeping area of the living room would be good, otherwise it is quite bright to sleep in the morning

We stayed at Carmen's place for 5 days! Great, clean, very new apartment in which we felt very comfortable! In the vicinity are only meadows and fields , which is of course great with a dog. I only expected the steep steel staircase that leads to the entrance door under the roof. Maybe I missed it in the description. For our somewhat anxious dog, the stairs were a challenge several times a day!

We really enjoyed our stay. We went to Bielefeld to visit my wife's sister who is in college. The accommodation is perfectly located: close to the city center, close to the university, close to a very nice park. It is in a pretty and quiet, residential area. The apartment is very nice, functional and very well-equipped. It's perfect for a family with kids. We appreciated the communication with the owners who really sought to make our stay easier. To park the car, parking on nearby streets is limited in duration (3h) and paying, but we were able to park on a street about 600m away and it was unlimited and free. We highly recommend this home!

We had a great stay in the apartment. The communication was very good and clear. The apartment is in a super nice location, garden with access to the Werse is awesome. We will be happy to come back.

The stay was really sparkling clean and Lycien was really friendly. Beautiful views and really relaxed due to the silence of the area. In addition, a perfect location, everything is close by, supermarkets, etc. Also plenty of culture to see. We will definitely come back, what a nice place to stay and everything was perfectly arranged.

The apartment was ideal. Great location and quick access to the city. Quiet and surrounded by beautiful nature. I was there for work and had great Internet to work despite the rural location. Would have liked to have stayed longer! See you next time.

Lovely place in a quiet residential area. The hosts are very nice. The apartment is nicely and tastefully furnished and very clean. Everything you need. Relatively large rooms and a separate kitchen.

Great and nice host! We‘ve been there for a night only and it was a great deal. The moment we entered the flat we noticed a really good smell - plus point for that!:)

A wonderful, elegant and luxurious home with wonderful hosts. We had a lot of fun. We felt like we were on our honeymoon. This home will definitely be my destination when I come to Bochum again.

I had a wonderful weekend at Maike's place. In Bad Waldliesborn it is wonderfully green and quiet and the accommodation lacks nothing. Well-maintained, clean.. definitely 5 stars in all categories!!!! :)
