Small but comfortable apartment in convenient location- right next to train station & couple blocks to the tram. Quiet spot around corner from Sydney Rd with lots of shops and restaurants. Only one burner works on stove, so perhaps better to go out to one of 1000 nearby restaurants.

I had a great stay in Melbourne. Vincent’s place is clean, tastefully decorated and centrally located. Getting around was easy, and having the shopping center across the street was very convenient. I would stay again!

We had a lovely stay at Swan Bays View Apartment - Glenys and Geoff were perfect hosts - they think about everything including a real coffee machine, soy milk, generous provisions so you really didn't have to think about a thing. A wonderfully cozy self contained roomy apartment was provided. Glenys also provided lots of tips, advice and information on local history, geography and the best places to eat in the area. The hot tub was an added bonus, perfect in the colder weather and they made sure it was heated prior to our arrival - fantastic! Thanks again for the wonderful stay, we will be back again soon! Great apartment, beautiful heritage building, great location.

What a beautiful Airbnb! It had absolutely everything we needed plus extra. Mark and Jo are second to none with communication and the information that was useful for our stay. Great location, so close to the beach, restaurants and shopping! Gym and pool plus a car park was excellent! It really had everything we needed. The bed was super comfy and the unit was styled beautifully. Lots of light coming in, a beautiful, peaceful space, was really relaxing after heavy days of studying. Op shops nearby were A-mazing! I found 3, yep 3 quirky paintings from the very cool op shops nearby and DFO South Wharf was fantastic, and close. We loved our stay and will come back again. Can’t thank you enough Mark and Jo :)

We really enjoyed our stay at Sarah’s BnB. The place was very clean, nicely appointed, and comfortable throughout. Parking was easy, and the views of Melbourne were stunning. It’s a great location—very convenient to Southbank and central Melbourne, with plenty of restaurants nearby. Sarah was a very responsive and helpful host, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable.

Lovely stay at this apartment! Close to the train so it is both convenient and comfortable- quiet street with easy accessibility which made the last half of our stay in Melbourne that more enjoyable. Beautiful location one block from the free tram. There is short term (5 min) parking along the short side streets on each side of building that can be used when picking up the key or loading/unloading your car.

David was a wonderful host, and even accomodating for my dog. He was very responsive and a great host. I enjoy staying with my family and it’s a great location there was a park around the corner for my kids.

We absolutely loved our stay and were grateful to call this wonderful apartment “home” if only for one night! The host was very responsive and friendly, making us feel supported and welcome. The thorough instructions provided made check-in and check-out easy and stress free. The central location was perfect for our needs and I would love to stay again future. The stay at David’s place was amazing! The flat was very clean and tidy, with abundant amenities. The view is breathtaking and exceptional, viewing the landscapes of melbourne with beautiful glass windows. David is also friendly and nice, tried his best to accommodate our needs and requests. Overall the stay has been superb!

What an amazing apartment! The location was perfect for us to attended the MCG for AFL. An easy 10 min walk to local pubs & restaurants& the MCG/Tennis centre precinct. The apartment had everything that you need for a short stay & with an IGA supermarket & coffee shop below, a longer stay would be easy. Parking was easy to get to & say to park in, with lots of spaces available if your vehicle is on the bigger size. The large balcony with BBQ & outdoor setting was also a welcome change from the small, one person balconies that we are used to. The dual bathrooms were also fantastic. We were a little concerned about the shower, however, the small heads are quite powerful & the temperature is hot! Staples in the panty included oils, spices, sugars, salt & pepper. The small milk that was in the fridge was not enough, perhaps 2 next time? All in all, a great space, location & relatively quiet neighbourhood. Maery was an amazing host. Thank you, we will be back 😁

We really enjoyed our couple of nights at Julie's welcoming apartment. The furnishings were all very comfortable and good quality, excellent shower pressure and the view from the balcony was just brilliant. Easily walkable to the waterfront and to restaurants. Julie was also quickly responsive to any questions that we had. It was also lovely having a bottle of wine and some chocolate provided. Thanks Julie! We just wish we'd had more time to stay longer.

Peter was communicative from the initial reservation to final check out; from walking through the apartment door and seeing the stunning view to every part of the visit we were happy with our visit and would definitely book again - shame it’s not available for Christmas week.
