I was there for a long weekend with my child to visit relatives in the nearby Habichtswald clinic and we felt very comfortable from the beginning. Especially the amenities for toddlers including toys were very great. The communication with Anna was very warm and she responded promptly to inquiries.

Everything worked out great. Check-in was easy, the landlord was easy to reach in writing, clear instructions. We just didn't pay attention to the fact that there is no microwave+stove. Kids were happy in the pool, which you share with others (you have to sign up when you want to use it). The only drawback was that the refrigerator was very loud in places. Especially at night when you want to sleep and you're woken up by it. But with earplugs, it's no problem. We can recommend it :)

We were there for a few days to relax, which also worked out well as it was very quiet there. The apartment is as described and also very clean. From the balcony you could hear the owls in the evening. There is plenty to explore in the surrounding area. Our children loved the on-site swimming pool. The restaurant in the house was OK, but here you have to bring a lot of time. Despite the parking garage renovation, there are still some parking spaces outside. We thought it was nice there and the kids did too.
