This small, charming studio is located in the heart of downtown Unna. Restaurants, shopping and attractions are nearby. The bright apartment has a small staircase in the hallway and has a small bathroom with toilet and shower. The studio is not even 2 minutes away from the International Light Art Center, the Linden Brewery & the Market Square. Trains to Dortmund (for games of Borussia Dortmund) leave from the trainstation (7 minutes walk). The only challenge: there is no free parking in the area

A supermarket and a bakery are located approx. 250m from the apartment. An airport can also be reached within 5 minutes by car.

Our apartment is a separate self-contained apartment in our apartment building. These include the large living room with fully equipped kitchenette and a spacious daylight bathroom with a walk-in shower. In our view, the whole thing is barrier-free (ramp in front of the house / wide doors). You can reach our large garden via the terrace, which you are welcome to use (after consultation).
