The apartment (big sister of Studio ton Barkenboom) is quietly located in a 30 km/h zone, yet in the heart of the beautiful "bear town" of Esens on the North Sea coast. The city center, shopping, doctors and pharmacies as well as restaurants are within walking distance and the beautiful beach in Bensersiel is also a few minutes away by car.

The apartment includes a spacious terrace with a small lawn. The mandatory guest fee, which applies to the municipality of Norden-Norddeich, will be charged separately by us. You will receive your guest card from us upon arrival.

Apartment 1 on the ground floor is about 75 m² and has 1 bedroom with a 180 cm wide double bed and a room with two 90 cm wide single beds, a new bathroom (pictures follow), a nice kitchen and an open living room with access to the terrace. This is partly covered. You are welcome to bring your own bed linen or you can rent it from our property management on site.
