In the middle of the East Frisian countryside, there is a 1-room apartment at your disposal, which contains a double bed for two people, but can be increased to 4-5 people by an existing sofa bed and another couch. The apartment has a separate entrance. The entire property is at your disposal for your relaxation. Your big and small four-legged darlings are also welcome! A horse box is still available in the stable. Otherwise, in summer there is plenty of space on the lush pastures. A riding arena is also available. In the apartment there is a small kitchenette with cooking facilities and a microwave. Für die Kleinsten sind 2 Hochstühle vorhanden und bei Bedarf kann zusätzlich ein Kinderreisebett (bitte angeben) aufgestellt werden. Welcome to the North Sea! Our fantastic house is located in a quiet residential area and is only 7 minutes by car from the sea. In just a 3-minute walk, there is a bus stop with direct connection to the lively stormy coast, as well as to the city center. You can also easily walk to a supermarket (Netto). You can also be in the middle of the city in about 5 minutes by bike to the middle of the city center. The apartment is newly renovated and lovingly furnished.

Our small, cozy apartment for 2 people is located about 2.5 km or 15 minutes by bike from the North Sea coast. The prices are per night/apartment plus tourist tax €3.50 in the main season and €1.80 in the off-season per person./day including bed linens, a set of towels and 2 rental bikes. The small fine studio is about 30 square meters and has a beautiful large south-facing balcony with a large awning over the entire width of the balcony. A morning breakfast can hardly be more beautiful. There is a comfortable sofa bed, as well as a bunk bed for one person just above the sofa bed and the small pantry kitchen is used to prepare Frisian delicacies. One hallway separates the apartment from a bathroom with a shower, toilet and the sink.

My place is close to Papenburg (Meyerwerft) and Leer with its beautiful historic old town. Since negative reviews are always left regarding the location. The property is located BETWEEN Papenburg and Leer. Both are about 12 km away. Shopping is ample in the village. Nearby is the amusement park at Emsdeich, where you can swim in the summer. My place is great for couples and business travelers. Private entrance.
