Es besteht aus einem offenen Wohn-, Ess- und Schlafbereich mit kleinem Duschbad und Terrasse zum Innenhof. Die Küche verfügt u.a. über Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Herd mit Backofen und Geschirrspüler. Fragt gerne auch nach der Nutzung unserer Zeltsauna mit Holzofen und eisigem Tauchfass im Garten.

Our small studio house is located on the listed fisherman's island Werder, two minutes from the water in a quiet small side street. It has been lovingly renovated and furnished in spring 2020. It has an idyllic garden with lounge terrace and a small remise.
