The water tower has a variety of apartments from the first to the third floor, which can be booked temporarily. The apartments share a decor style, but differ in orientation and size. Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen (no oven), washing machine and balcony.

I offer you a sleeping place (or two) in my small office (8 sqm) with mini kitchen and private bathroom. There are very good soundproof windows against the street noise. The excavation lake with sauna is 200 m away, the tram and many bus lines stop in front of the door. Nearest supermarket 200m away. By bike (you can rent from me for €5 per day) you are in the city or at the Neue Messe in 20 minutes.

In the courtyard of our Art Nouveau townhouse, we have prepared this small accommodation for you. Through the large gate entrance of the main house you will reach the courtyard with a cottage that is only used by you. There is also a very small bathroom and a small cooking facility with a fridge at your disposal. The terrace can be used in summer, for example, for breakfast in the sun.

We are the Braasch family and in our house there is a small but nice apartment with a separate entrance, which we would like to offer as a guest apartment. Our house is close to Leipzig Airport but not in the flight path. You can get to the motorway quickly and get to Leipzig, Halle, the airport, Nova Eventis, Belantis, etc. quickly and easily.

Hostel A ( independent accommodation unit in the attic and lockable ) has 3 bedrooms, a living room with kitchen and of course a bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet. Leipzig can be reached by public transport in about 1 hour, by car in half an hour, the airport is 10-15 minutes away by car, by bus in about 25 minutes.

The cozy 27 sqm apartment in the attic offers accommodation for one or two people in Delitzsch. From here you can be in Leipzig or Halle in less than 20 minutes by train, Bitterfeld is less than 10 minutes away. Delitzsch, the city of towers, has a beautiful old town with a Baroque garden and castle.
