Our stunning 2-bedroom, ground floor apartment is located right in the heart of Lauterbrunnen. The sunny terrace offers unique views of both the famous Staubbach Waterfall and the valley itself. In summer enjoy the countless hiking trails; in winter we are perfectly placed in-between the ski areas of Murren-Schilthorn AND Wengen-Grindelwald. We've lived here since the apartment was built in 2012 and we love it; but now we are travelling, so we hope you enjoy your time here as much as we do.

The Chalet "Wasserfallhüsli" is centrally located in Lauterbrunnen and probably offers the most spectacular view in all of Lauterbrunnen. From the balcony you have a breathtaking view of the gigantic and world famous Staubbach Falls. In addition to the Staubbach Falls, depending on the weather, another five waterfalls can be seen. A light, bright studio for 2 in central Wengen

Great studio apartment in Wengen. We loved that the location is just off the main street and that the apartment is very quiet. Much more peaceful than a hotel. The studio had an amazing view of the mountains from the balcony and super convenient to the Wengen train station, restaurants and stores. We highly recommend. Only thing to note is that the WiFi is very slow, but all the restaurants, coffee shops and bars have great wifi if you need it.

What a view! This was such a peaceful home to stay in. It was perfect for our family. We cooked a few dinners at the house and had a few dinners. Our host recommended renting a car as local bus doesn’t always run when you need it. I would recommend renting a car for this location as uber isn’t always available and it’s a hike up the mountain with luggage. We would definitely stay here again.

This was an amazing stay! Not only does this place have an amazing view of Grindelwald but it is in a great spot near many places to eat and shop. Karin and Mike were extremely responsive and were happy to help with anything that I asked. Highly recommend!

I’m reluctant to write this review because I don’t want it to become so popular that we can’t rent it again. 😅. Amazing location. Simply the best location you’d want in Wengen. As close as you can get to everything. The only problem was that the pictures didn’t even begin to describe how great the actual place is. A pleasant surprise. We’ll definitely come back.

We had such a lovely time at Chalet Emmely. It was extremely clean and smartly renovated inside, with spectacular views of Grindelwald and the Eiger from the windows. There is a parking space included for a rental car, which was really convenient for us. The place is also located on a side road so it is very quiet and peaceful. The host Anita is so kind, attentive, and energetic. She took the time to meet us when we checked in, explained everything to us, and showed us around the property. We would highly recommend Chalet Emmely and we hope to be back one day soon!

The view of Aigerak from the terrace was really nice! When you sit on the terrace chair and look at the mountain, you might think that the view is lacking because of a tree in front, but I think it was good that the Green Delvalt Station and the Kwik Mart were close by, and that the owner of the house was upstairs. You can cook, and the bed was fluffy and nice. There were two bathrooms, one regular bathroom and two with a view. When you enter the room, you must prepare the city tax, tourist tax, and security deposit in cash. If you use the security deposit cleanly, please return it on the morning of your departure. It's a good place to go outside, but it's also a good place to spend a lazy day at the accommodation. There is no microwave, but there is a pongdu machine, an oven, and an induction stove, so you can cook. If you have any questions, please send us a message and we will kindly reply:)
