Was a nice apartment with ample space. A beautiful area and a large garden. Contact with the owner was pleasant. We had a great time!

Beautifully equipped house, all in good and well-kept condition, see friendly and helpful landlords, ideal for families playground in the immediate vicinity as well as bakery within walking distance

We met for an extended family weekend with 6 adults, 3 children and a dog here. There was plenty of room for us. Breakfast together at a table was also possible. During the day we were on the road, in the evening we could use the terrace for ourselves and also barbecue. The owners live on the property, were very friendly and we still had time to ourselves privately. Everything is great!

Perfect home for us to cycle with some friends in the region in the region. Kitchen was well equipped, clean and large living room. Bedrooms were fine. Location is perfect and easily accessible. Instructions to get in were clear. You can sit there on the balcony and there is a large garage to store our bicycles. Definitely a note!

It would be nice if the arrival was a little more flexible if the house is already free

The villa was magnificent. We had a business meeting and were really pleased. Everything is well thought out. Nikita helped with everything. A very luxurious villa where you can accommodate many guests.

We had a perfect family break in Sauerland. The accommodation as a former inn has character and plenty to offer: a large garden with many tables, chairs, loungers, a barbecue and a boules court, tastefully furnished rooms with small but fine associated bathrooms (very pleasant!). Also in the kitchen we had everything we needed - including a dishwasher that is ready after two minutes:). The landlords are reserved, friendly and helpful. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay and can only recommend the house.

Very friendly host! Beautiful and spacious house. We would definitely recommend it and would love to come back with the large group. Everything is child- and dog-friendly, modern and bright. The only thing that could have been better if our need for rooms (we were guests in a very variable constellation: parents with up to three children, but also individuals) had been requested in advance. We thought that the booking amount would include ALL bedrooms. However, we could have easily booked additional rooms - spontaneously and on site. Thank you for the stay, dear Paul

We celebrated a round birthday with 20 people. The place was ideal for that. It has everything you need for the accommodation and meals of a larger group. The rooms are good and everything works in the kitchen. The large common area is perfect for shared food and long game nights. The area offers a number of activities for young and old and in the nearby Winterberg you will find plenty of shops, restaurants and supermarkets. We enjoyed the stay and can recommend the accommodation.

My friends and I really had a perfect weekend. Beautiful location overlooking beautiful and free land. Wonderfully quiet and quiet. The house has everything and more you can expect from a home and more! Kitchen fully stocked with everything including herbs, liqueur, serving boards, etc. All bathrooms provided with shampoo, body wash, body lotion, towels, washcloths. In addition, helpful instructions with how the house works. Just mentioning positive stuff. The photos don't do justice to how beautiful this airbnb was. If I could give over 10/10, I would have done it.

Located on the edge of the forest, with a large lounge with a fireplace and views of ponds, meadows and forest, the Forest Lodge was an ideal place for us - 5 people with a dog - an ideal place for a reunion over the turn of the year. A nice place for a few days in quiet surroundings that invites you to walks, chats by the fireplace, reading at one of the large windows, cooking and eating together. Sincere thanks for the well thought out hospitality!

We felt very comfortable in the forest house. The house has lots of charm and offers plenty of space, which makes it very suitable for large groups.

We were with a group of 12 people and the house had plenty of room for everyone. The amenities were super modern and the view a dream.

Beautiful house and super furnished, kitchen has everything for cooking, enough blankets and pillows, games, books. Were 16 people and despite bad weather and a lot of time in the house there was enough room for everyone :) Fast very nice communication with Lilia!

Beautiful house for an unforgettable weekend away with our friend group. It was our own private castle! Large rooms, comfortable beds, and kitchen and bathrooms were large, clean and well equipped. We were greeted very friendly by the house’s caretaker and contact during and after our stay was very pleasant and friendly. Two small remarks: some of the rooms didn’t have curtains or blinds to block out daylight, and in some rooms the light switches were not working properly or confusing to use. But those are just minor issues because we had an amazing time in the villa. Thank you!

There were six of us there for an extended weekend. Overall, we felt comfortable. The communication with Richard was very pleasant, he always responded within a very short time. The house was as described, modern, clean and very cozy with the large terrace and fireplace. The sauna is an infrared sauna and heats to max. 60 degrees; if you have adjusted to a Finnish sauna, you will be a little disappointed. The kitchen is basic, but there is a lack of sharp knives. The surroundings are quiet and beautiful, the bakery is within walking distance. The only downside: the bathroom unfortunately smelled strongly of moisture.

Big house in the countryside! It's perfect for large family or group of friends. Also recommended with children due to the large garden. A few furniture/ fixtures could be replaced, but on the whole everything was tip top. We particularly liked the hot tub:) Check out was possible a little later by appointment.

Beautiful house with many amenities. It's also nice that previous residents leave things so that you can already run a wash or make coffee the first day. The village of Silbach is also very beautiful and has a nice shop and playground for the kids. Plenty to do in the area and with that it makes this vacation a 10!
