It is my life's dream to live with a small studio by the sea and to welcome people to the guest house in the garden. The typical Zeeland house opens its windows to the outside on a sunny wooden terrace, the sea can be heard here. A cozy sleeping gallery makes the house special, the private sauna can be booked spontaneously!

This cottage is surrounded by woods. It's the ideal place to unwind and enjoy nature. It's fully equipped with every luxury, and you can enjoy a cup of coffee or tea outside on the beautiful terrace with a hot tub. In the bathroom, you'll find a wonderful bath to unwind. The cottage is nestled in a wooded area, and we have similar properties adjacent to it, but each has its own private woodland. The minimum age for our guests is 25.

Comfortable, Sunny, Spacious, cosy, quiet, rural but central in Zeeland with heating. At a short distance (by car) the cities, of Middelburg, Goes and Vlissingen, Antwerpen, Brugge, Gent. The beach and Sea are a little farther away with 20 min drive. And the cities Brugge and Gent are also at a reasonable distance. A family with 2 young children fits. But 3 Adults is too much. Cozy guesthouse with lots of light. An ideal location to completely relax and enjoy the beautiful polder landscape. A perfect base for cycling, hiking or visiting Antwerp (27 km). Nature lovers will certainly find their way to the Drowned Land of Saefthinge (6 km). The historic walled fortress town of Hulst in the Netherlands (11 km) is well worth a visit. The neighborhood shops and restaurants are within walking distance.

Welcome to our favourite place! A lovely house at Kortgene harbour in the always sunny province of Zeeland. You can relax and unwind here. The house is available for six people and is fully equipped. Beach, shops, eateries, supermarket, everything is within walking distance. There is also an electric charging station for your electric car. Please note, you can only connect this with your own charging card.
