Stunning 3 storey period property directly overlooking the harbour. Amazing quayside views from all floors. Completely renovated providing a great mix of contemporary comfort and period features. The cottage has a small walled sunny courtyard garden at the front again with fantastic views over the quay. Large main bathroom with roll top bath/ separate shower. Second wet room/ wc. This is in one of the most stunning locations in Wells. You won’t be disappointed!! Dog friendly - high quality.

The cottage is completely fenced in & dog friendly (can't guarantee your dog won't get out depending on its size) . Supermarkets will deliver. The cottage has a selection of bicycles for your use.

This beautiful and compact space has often been likened to staying in a ship’s quarters but without the perils of the sea. The property is situated just a stone’s throw away from the beautiful sandy beach and prom and is only two minutes walk from Cromer’s famous grade II listed pier. A unique, close-to-nature bungalow on a private road between the sea and a large lake, next to the world-famous RSPB Snettisham bird reserve. Perfect for sailing, paddleboarding, cycling, walking or just relaxing on the nearby beach. The Beach House is clean, cosy, light and airy, it's comfortable but deliberately basic, running on solar power only, plus Calor gas for the water boiler and a wood fired stove for heat. No wifi but 4G usually strong. Power sockets suitable for phones and laptops.
