Townhome vacation rentals in Wells

Bruce’s space was exactly as described and pictured. The private community is very calm and peaceful and the beach is virtually a 3 minutes walk from Bruce’s home. We were a party of 7, two of them being kids ages 3 and 5, and the layout of the house and its location couldn’t have been better for our week stay. I would say the only thing missing is a central AC unit; we were lucky to have a week where the nights were cooler but the last day was very warm and humid and we were all missing having AC ! Otherwise the house has everything you could think of, especially the kitchen.

Ali was very responsive. His place was neat, clean, and easy to find. It had everything we needed for our stay. I loved how close it was to the beach. He was nice enough to put an air-conditioning unit on the bottom floor for us as it was very warm downstairs. Bed and rooms were very comfortable and spacious. Only thing I had to bring was towels and wash clothes. He had stocked the basic essentials to get us started and the kitchen was fully furnished. I definitely recommend him and will stay again! Comfortable townhouse with beautiful outdoor areas to sit and enjoy the tranquility to read and relax. The beds were very comfortable and after busy days on the beach and sightseeing we all slept well. Furnished nicely and in good taste. Everyone had space to go to for private, quiet time. Easily accessible to beaches, restaurants, Portland and other nearby locations. We enjoyed our stay.

Jenn was an amazing host. She was very responsive with inquiries regarding the house and check-in/check-out procedures. She went above and beyond to host our group. The house is beautiful and very comfortable bedding. All the amenities you could need were available. Very quick 5 minute drive to the beach and restaurants. I have stayed at this house twice now and plan to keep making memories here every summer! Thank you Jenn for everything!

This came out to be one of our best vacation. With a 15yo ado and his 13yo sister, the ping pong (surprise) table was the best. It might be cliché to do morning beach (20 minutes easy walk), then afternoon common pool (nearby and perfectly shaded after the beach's sun), a ping pong tournament then a BBQ on the private terrasse, no neighbours around with, I must say, a quite efficient gas BBQ. N & C's place is spic and span. The location is remarkable, a 10 minute drive to the groceries, close to OG downtown. A true recommendation. Loved it.

We had a great stay- the house had everything we needed. hosts were excellent with providing information and communication. our neighbors were also very friendly!

This was such a wonderful stay! The airbnb was clean and just as described. Location was fantastic being so close to Ogunquit and walking distance to a few beaches as well. Sara gave detailed instructions, great recommendations and always responded quickly. We would definitely come back to stay here!

Lovely Beach home! The place was not only comfortable, but also beautiful appointed, making our stay really enjoyable! Clean, lots of amenities, hosts easy to communicate and available! Lots of things to do around and beach is less than 5 minutes on foot. We definitely recommend your charming home! I hope to come back soon!

The house was even better than the photos. Very spacious and very cozy. The beds were all very comfortable with very good quality linen and pillows. They had fresh, homemade blueberry cupcakes waiting on the table upon arriving to the house. I absolutely plan to return to this home for another vacation. The hosts were quick with responses and very friendly. You can tell they have worked hard to provide this home for guests.

Stefano's home was absolutely fantastic. Perfect location for three couples. Close to everything and completely private and peaceful. It was lovely waking up to the sounds of the ocean each morning. Perfectly clean and tidy and had everything we could have needed. We can't wait to book again!

This home was perfect for us. Good location, not too far to a coffee/small breakfast shop and beach access. Kitchen was stocked well. Brought a dog with us and it was perfect for her as well. Owners are very nice and responsive. Would recommend and would go back :)

Perfect size for our family of 4. Location to the beach was a short walk across the street. Kitchen was modern and clean. The beds were comfortable. Pillows were available to use but we brought ours from home. Two bathrooms are always a plus with two teenage girls, only request from them was a full length mirror in the 2nd bedroom to check out their outfits. Owner reached out during our stay to check in and see if everything was going well. Very thoughtful. Would highly recommend a stay here.

We had a lovely time. Felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Very close to the beach and attractions. Wish the weather was better but we made the most of it. The master bed was so comfortable. Loved the roof deck. 💖

This place was perfect for our family vacation! The location was awesome. It’s a very, very short walk to the beach and Ocean Park downtown area. If you are looking for a nice, relaxing beach vacation, you really cannot beat Lindsay’s place. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Also, we really appreciated Lindsay’s organization and detailed instructions. We can’t recommend this spot enough!!!!

The perfect place for a family of four with boys ages 4 and 6 to spend the 4th of July week! We loved it and will be back for sure! House was very clean, well equipped, and exactly as pictured. The heated pool with large shallow end was ideal for the kids. They generously share all their beach supplies, toys, towels etc which was nice not to have to bring. A little too far for us to walk to town but doable w out little ones. Jen was above and beyond with her communication - answering my many questions and giving great recommendations as well. Overall an awesome experience. Definitely recommend!

We found an absolute gem when we booked Kittery Cove. The top two floors of this Airbnb are beautifully appointed, spotless and have every comfort of home. We cooked dinner on a few occasions and were so amazed that the kitchen had absolutely anything a cook would ever need. The bathrooms, sheets, comforters and towels are as nice as any upscale hotel! My husband and I would say this is one of the very best rentals we ever stayed in. The location is walkable into Kittery Foreside where there are many quaint shops and restaurants and just a breathtaking walk over the bridge into downtown Portsmouth. The neighborhood is so adorable and all the neighbors were delightful. The owners are communicative and responsive. We give our highest recommendation to Kittery Cove!!

This is the second stay at one of Darryl’s Airbnb and I must it’s always a home away from home!!! We had such a peaceful stay. The setting was incredibly tranquil, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The apartment and beach views were beautiful, and I loved sipping my morning coffee on the porch. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind. Thank you Darryl for your amazing hospitality.

We rented both sides of the house for our group and it was an amazing place to stay. Andrew was very responsive to our requests and was flexible with us. We enjoyed the location as it is close to the beach and the neighborhood was very quiet. The kitchen had everything we needed and the bedrooms were nice and clean. We hung out on the second floor in the big entertainment space and enjoyed being able to be all together. The property is close to restaurants and shopping. Very enjoyable time!!
