The house was perfect for my family and I- plenty of open space for the kids to play and a great yard- even in December with cold weather the kids loved the play gym outside!! The location was amazing with lots of things to do within a few minutes and the food scene was great. Thanks to Ned for a spotless home and great amenities!! We can’t wait to come back in the summer to use the pool!!

Gorgeous house, peaceful area, a great back deck with pool and hot tub! Jey was a great host, very helpful and quick response time. The house was very clean and put together. I would totally recommend staying at jeys house!!

The place was fantastic! Looked just as pictured/described. We were a group of 8 adults and 4 kids and were very comfortable. The pool and hot tub were great, clean, and heated as promised. It felt private even though there were other units on site. The space is large and winding - a kids hide and seek dream :) lots of gathering spaces to hang out. John was super responsive and helpful. We had a wonderful stay in Angela’s beautiful home. It had great amenities, was super clean, and had everything we needed. Loved the pool and fire pit. The kitchen was roomy for cooking too. 5 stars!

Great place to stay for a big family and kid-friendly! We had a fantastic trip and the host was super responsive. The living room area is even more beautiful in person. Highly recommend this place.

We stayed off-season to conduct college tours and explore the local area. The beach is right across the street, but the docks weren't in place yet, so we had to find an alternative access. We also learned that new leash laws for dogs took effect as of April 1st, in case you're interested. The home was lovely and comfortably accommodated our large family and three dogs. Since it was the start of the season, we notified Sarah if something wasn't working correctly, and she was very responsive. The home is beautiful and about a 10-minute drive to the dock shopping area, where enough places were open in the off-season.

Perfect place to stay for a long weekend with a pet. Host was super responsive and friendly! Ample parking. The clean and well stocked kitchenette came in handy. With the location right off route 1, it was difficult to go for a walk from the hotel, but the hotel grounds are large enough and there was a little fenced in dog area that helped!

We came here for a private getaway on our honeymoon and it did not disappoint. The price was a bit much, but for such a special time I felt it was worth it at the time I booked, and worth it it certainly was. beautiful, quiet, serene, it was perfect for a getaway. I would absolutely recommend, and I already have, this stay. 10/10

We had a great stay at Julie’s beautiful home. Her home was even nicer than the pictures. Great kitchen with everything you could possibly need. Open layout so we can all converse no matter what we were doing. Beds were comfortable. But the outside stole the show. The upper deck was spacious and had great views. The hot tub was just what we needed. Then you walk down to the dock and there is enough space for everyone to lay out. Lots of kayaks and paddle boat. Had fun exploring and fishing the lake. Perfect home for families to come together and catch up!! Oh, and the lower level was perfect with ping pong, foosball and tv for late night fun!! Would recommend to anyone wanting to be in the lake region of NH.

A great disconnect

Came here for our honeymoon ! Very secluded and relaxing ! David was very responsive and helpful. Hot tub was amazing ! It was the perfect relaxing getaway we needed and wanted after planning our wedding. There isn’t much service in the area but the house had great wifi. To get to the Airbnb you do have to drive on unpaved road but you get used to it once you drive on it a few times.

Carl and his cohosts were wonderful to work with, quick to respond with any needs. We had a great time this weekend, enjoyed the house and beautiful lake. Hope to return someday and look forward to working with them in the future!

The house was clean and well maintained. The view was gorgeous, too bad Mother Nature didn’t cooperate. It was cold and rainy. Used the fire pit nightly and it was nice. Linens were clean, towels were soft and fluffy and smelled freshly laundered. Kitchen was spotless and well stocked with pot/pans and dishes. Having a dishwasher was nice too. Two grocery stores (Hannaford and Market Basket) were close by and plenty of restaurants too. We came with the intention of doing nothing and just changing scenery for the weekend. This place was perfect.

What a beautiful place. Chris and Erica have done a great job. Everything we needed and more. There was a problem with the hot tub and they where able to fix the problem and had it hot and ready for us when we where ready to use it. Amazing weekend catching up with the ladies. We will definitely come again.

Dave was an amazing host and he provided the best possible get away for our first wedding anniversary. It was private there is so much beautiful outdoor art to look at and the hot tub was the perfect way to wind down after the day. If there was a 6 star option I would give it this was everything we wanted and needed and then some

This is a charming cottage, with so many perfect touches! The wood paneling is attractive and cabin-like, and the walls sport many beautiful bird photos taken by the host herself, adding to the ambiance. There are also photos of the original builder of the cabin and his family, which adds a nice sense of history, as well as photos of the renovations done to the cottage to take it to its present state. If you have youngsters, there are lots of toys available, and for everyone, a varied collection of books, movies, and games. Not to mention the canoe, kayaks, and a fire pit!

Beautiful views from the house and deck. Very convenient to downtown Portsmouth. The house was clean and well-stocked with necessities, the beds were comfortable, and the host was very responsive and accommodating. If you are looking for privacy, though, this is not the place for you. The host lives within steps next door, and the yard and pier areas are shared with the host.

They were accommodating, flexible, and very gracious. They had an entire binder of information with details about where to find fans, towels, flashlights, how to work the shower, heat, grill, and about anything else you can think of. It also had emergency services, restaurants, places to have a good time, and good details about checkout expectations. Overall we were extremely happy with the property and our stay, and were honored by the personalization they did for us specifically as it was our Honeymoon and they wrote us a custom note by hand for when we arrived. Highly Recommended - Will Rent Again!

We felt right at home and Rick allowed us to bring our dog and two cats, a bonus not easily found. The rental was cozy but big enough for the two of us and 3 fur babies. The shower was nice and hot, the Wi-Fi was excellent and we had a great Roku TV that we easily streamed our services without issue. The furniture was very big and comfortable with throws available for added warmth. The bedroom was perfect with plenty of space for our clothes, a nice bed and new fresh bedding. The absolutely only challenge was the narrow, curvy driveway! Luckily, we had a good back up camera and the street wasn’t very busy. This minor issue is not enough to deter us from returning for another stay!

Perfect little Maine cabin getaway! We enjoyed our stay so much. The cabin was clean, easy to find, and had everything we needed for four people and two dogs. Cannot recommend enough!

This was a great find! My husband and I came for a relaxing, kid-free weekend and this was the perfect getaway. The cottage is nicely kept and very comfortable. Walking distance to the beach and pier. We spent a day in Portland and it was a quick and easy drive there, only about 25 minutes. We used the fire pit one night and it was so nice to have access to fire wood right there, we really enjoyed it!
