Mélanie is a very welcoming and very kind host. The accommodation is clean. The room also with space. This location is close to everything because it is right in the middle of downtown Pétone and not far from the sea. I recommend it. 👍🏼😊

Sue’s home was comfortable, welcoming, and beautiful in equal measure. There were 4 of us and we loved the indoor-outdoor flow, the well-appointed kitchen along with the lovely peaceful decor and light filled interior. The bedrooms were beautiful and spacious with plenty of natural light. We used the house as a base for my daughter’s engagement ceremony and party which were happening just a 10 minutes’ walk down the road at Seatoun Village Hall. It was so close by and a perfect space to get ready in for such a big moment! We also took many walks along the beach which is just on the other side of the boardwalk and to Seatoun shops. Sue was generous and welcoming with her space and included lots of thoughtful details such as an emergency kit with food and water in the event we needed it. We highly recommend her home to anyone and would happily stay here again.

This is a very nice Airbnb. It’s modern. It has a well-equipped kitchen including things such as cooking oil and herbs and spices. The beds are comfortable and the 3rd bedroom with beds that can be configured as one king or two twins is very convenient. The living room and kitchen on the 2nd floor are filled with light even on a rainy day. You can see the harbour from there and the 3rd floor bedroom. It’s very quiet, on a dead-end street above the nearest Main Street. It’s a short walk to the botanic gardens and a short drive anywhere else. The parking area is somewhat narrow but accommodated our minivan. A very good choice for Wellington.

having a car park was fantastic. we walked into st James theatre and the shopping district.

Such a great stay for wandering travelers. For anyone who needs a comfortable stay, that’s also in a convenient location for proximity to ferry access, I would highly recommend.

We loved our stay at the townhouse. It was larger than we thought and the backyard for our pets was awesome. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at beautiful house of Phoenix and this house is centrally located. The house is the same as the photos and is kept clean hygienic and spotless. The bed rooms are tidy and good spacious for a family. Phoenix was also courteous to accept our request of an early check in and he has been responsive and a great host. Thank you for your warm humble abode.

Great place, exacly what we wanted. Well appointed, and extremely clean and tidy. Super easy experience getting in and out. Our first go at Air B&B so a good way to start!

I booked Karyn’s Airbnb for my wedding so my bridesmaids and I could stay and get ready! It had everything we needed and more!! Made for beautiful lighting and calm start to a long day. After my wedding me and my husband stayed there for our wedding night it was calm and very comfortable. 11am check out was perfect amount of time to pack up. Clean up was easy too. Perfect is the only word that comes to mind. The place was spotless, fully equipped with all the amenities...and even more than we expected. There wasn't a single thing we couldn't find; everything was thoughtfully taken care of down to the finest detail. Sloany anr Mike are great hosts and were proactive and responded promptly to any queries, making the experience even smoother. Our stay was extremely pleasant, and we would definitely love to stay again

Big place with great outdoor areas

Perfect for a ‘home away from home’ feel with plenty of space. A beautifully furnished home. Occasional helicopter noise from the hospital. Walkable to the harbour in about 45 minutes. We had no issue parking our van.

We have enjoyed our stay, it's a great little house especially with having kids and the open planned living and kitchen area. The drive way is definitely a challenge for parking a larger vehicle 😁. Great location for the Zoo only a short drive into City.

Nice place atop a hill in a suburb of Wellington - absolutely gorgeous views while walking the neighborhood when the sun's out! It's about a 20-minute walk to shops & restaurants but the neighborhood is decently connected to the rest of the city via bus.
