Two large living areas are on the entry level along with a generous kitchen equipped with all you need to prepare dinner including a well stocked pantry which you can use. There is a small bathroom on this level. All the bedrooms plus a large bathroom are downstairs - the master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. All bed linen and towels are supplied. Just 15 minutes walk down the beach to the cafe's and bars plus a mini supermarket.

Take the kayaks for a paddle. Sometimes there are dolphins or orcas in the bay. You'll be only 1km from the local shopping centre, including cafes, restaurants, pub and supermarket. It's a memorable romantic getaway, close to town but surrounded by Wellington's rugged south coast.

A BLUE TRIANGLE at Raumati Beach

Our sunny, comfortable, two-storey house is ideal for a couple or a couple with small children. The master bedroom/ living area upstairs is spacious with beautiful views of Kapiti Island. The stairs are a little awkward for the elderly and the very young although we now have carpet tiles on the stairs. There is no handrail. There is no bathroom upstairs. Sitting/ kitchen area downstairs and the bathroom and second bedroom are also downstairs.
