Close to public transport, the city center, university and botanical gardens. A 2 min walk to the Cable Car to explore downtown Wellington. Victoria University is 5 mins walk away, while the Botanical Gardens border the property. Self-contained 2 bedroom flat with own bathroom and kitchenette, central heating, free wifi and separate access. Hosts live above. The Garden area has native birds and harbour views. Our place is good for couples, small groups, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

Compact apartment within our home and with separate entrance. Enjoy your stay in the lovely suburb of Island Bay, just 5 minutes walk to Island Bay Beach and the lovely south coast of the North Island. Walking distance to shops, cinema, cafes, parks, nature walks,bus. Come and enjoy sunset walks on the beach, our local brewery, a cosy cinema with great café and you will be spoilt for choice with lots of places to eat ethnic foods (dine in or take away). Suited for a couple or two singles.

Self-contained garden escape close to CBD

Above the Botanic Gardens our quiet and spacious, character-filled apartment is just a 5 minute drive (25 minute walk for the fit) down to the CBD. The bus service is close and street parking is plentiful and free. Our street has spectacular views of the city and a park opposite with tennis courts. We welcome you with complimentary teas and breakfast supplies. Easy access and extra beds are available for families - and yes, we are family-friendly and can arrange bedding to suit your needs.

Seaside relaxed fun

Listen to the sound of the sea and enjoy fun and eclectic Interiors. Your own separate entrance is totally private although attached to my house. The living area has a cool loft bed as extra accomodation. Its a great view up there! Your private ensuite has a ships door shower - a fun way to start the day. The king size bed is super comfy. You can easily walk to a waterfront cafe for breakfast and we are a few minutes drive to a number of restaurants and a short drive into the city.

Amazing city views for one bedroomed apartment

Come and enjoy our lovely one bed-roomed apartment. We have a modern new kitchen and spectacular views of the central city. We provide some breakfast food and there is unlimited WiFi available. There is also a washing machine and dishwasher. Public transport (trains and buses) is a 10-15 minute walk and it is a ten-minute drive from the central city. There are also lovely local restaurants and beautiful walks on the Northern walkway, Mt KauKau and Trelissick Park.

Light, comfortable studio-sized guesthouse with a queen bed, ensuite bathroom, fibre wifi, Smart TV, fridge, microwave, and self-service breakfast in relaxed Island Bay. The guesthouse is 10m across the garden from our house. Please note there is a microwave and bowls, plates, cutlery, glasses; but not a full kitchen. walk: 5mins to beach, 10mins to local cafes, bars, restaurants, shops, supermarket, cinema. drive: 10-15mins to Courtenay Pl, ferries, airport.

Nestled within Marsden Village at the city end of Karori, this townhouse has everything you would like for a treat weekend away or holiday stay in Wellington city. Guests are very welcome to make themselves at home. The CBD is approximately 10 minutes away by car. There is a bus stop at the end of the drive with a very convenient timetable. Fully equipped comfortable Newtown studio/flat

20-30 mins walk from central Wellington City. Calm, peaceful space. Fully self contained, washing machine, stove, small fridge. Curtain separates bedroom area. 20-30 Restaurants 10 min walk. Public transport excellent. Parking isn't great in Newtown and sadly there's no off street parking, but our guests can usually find something within 50m of our house.
