Outside you can relax on the patio area or unwind in the hot tub. Accommodation is on the upper floor. Elms House Cottage

Rowston is a small farming village , south of the historic city of Lincoln. Sleaford, Newark and Grantham are all easily within half hour by car. You’ll love my place because it's a very old cottage, recently re-equipped (including dishwasher). It is near, but separate from, my own house, with it's own garden. The cottage is good for couples, solos, business travellers, and small families. We can also accommodate French speakers. A 10% discount and free weekly servicing for 7+ day stays.

This cosy, spacious, newly renovated guesthouse is situated in the village of Waddington. It consists of an open planned studio, with a separate bathroom and mini kitchen. The guesthouse boasts plenty of amenities: mini fridge, microwave, coffee machine (selection of pods supplied by us), large double bed, dining table and chairs, plenty of hanging/storage space, smart controlled heating, free wifi, TV. Fresh milk, bread and butter plus a selection of cereals for diy breakfast. Tea and coffee also in cupboards. No bus service as very rural with great walks. Only microwave as no hob/cooker. Huge grass garden with picnic bench. WiFi is patchy as Satellite based from main house.
