You will stay in a nice and modern apartment with 35 m² of living space, private small kitchen, new bathroom and balcony on the second floor. The apartment complex with indoor pool and sauna in the house, ski and bicycle cellar, is very quiet and well maintained. Right in front of the house, the bus runs to the mountains. My place is good for couples with a child and solo adventurers. Fast Wi-Fi is free.

The 150 sqm chalet goes over 2 levels. A spacious dining area with a new Kitchen incl. Dishwasher, oven & microwave. On the ground floor is the living room, as well as another room with king size bed (180x200) & TV connection and terrace access. On the ground floor there is a bathroom with shower. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms with balcony access, in one of the two bedrooms there are single beds. Another bathroom with shower and bathtub is also on the upper floor.

Great bus connections right next to the building; ski/equipment storage possible right next to the car park. The approximately 110 m² large apartment with three bedrooms for max. 6 persons located on the first floor of a small residential complex (built in 2018) with only a total of 5 units. It has a spacious terrace and a lift. To Lake Constance and Lochau train station is about 500 meters. A supermarket can be reached on foot in one minute. Lochau is centrally located between the cultural city of Bregenz, the island city of Lindau and the Pfänder (local mountain).
