Roman and Milena were very gracious and frendly hosts. They had special treats when we arrived and were very informative about the local hikes and restaurants. The location is just magical. So peaceful and beautiful! The cottage is well equipped and spotless! There are even slippers available for guest use! Very thoughtful. We hope to come back sometime for a longer stay. Robert is incredibly kind and knowledgeable. He shared many helpful tips with us while we were there! We rented bikes from him to go to bled and bike around the lake.

Spectacular location and house for our 2 adults 2 kids and a baby, Francesco, Alessandra and Olivia 🐶 weee magnificent hosts and we couldn’t have asked for more as an ideal launchpad to explore Friuli or just kick back and relax amongst the vineyards

We had an amazing time in Ljubljana. Thank you very much for your hospitality. The location is great. You can enjoy house + garden and have breakfast outside, while being in walking distance to city centre.

Fantastic house in a beautiful place. We were sorry we couldn't stay there longer. Beautiful views and wonderful walks. Nice that you can also just walk to the village, supermarket, eat cake or eat at the hotel opposite. Had booked a massage myself and that was wonderful. We will definitely be back to further explore this interesting region.

Chalet of dreams! We had the most perfect stay at Lina’s place and it exceeded all expectations. Pristinely presented and amazing facilities. Only 15 mins drive to Kitzbuhl for skiing and it was then the perfect place to unwind with friends for a relaxing evening. Hot tub/pool/sauna were all amazing and such a joy to use after a day out. The chalet has everything you need and more and Lina is incredibly hospitable and thoughtful. Highly recommend to stay here, we loved it and really hope to come back at some point

Brilliant Airbnb long-stay experience. We stayed for 3 weeks in this stunning spacious and private self-contained apartment and the place is a perfect combination of feeling hidden away and isolated in the wilderness while everything including supermarkets, shops and restaurants, are just a few minutes drive away. The bath is huge and with a skylight allowing you to enjoy a bubble bath while looking at the sky. High speed reliable internet allowed effortless remote work including videos calls and streaming. A huge range of sushi is available daily at the SPAR just down the road.The hosts who were present on the premises in the lower floor of the house during the duration of our stay were very discrete and privacy-respecting . Definitely booking again.

After a little struggle with finding the place, not really the fault of the host's directions, the reward was enormous. not a big space but the views were astonishing. The space was adequate, with functional kitchen and amenities and beautifully presented, but it was the outside which makes this place amazing. We didn't want to leave and neither will you.

Absolutely amazing mountain hut in stunning scenery. Teresa and Stefan have put in loads of work so that you can get back to basics, slow down and live it up in natural luxury! Thoroughly recommend Danke schon!

Staying in this house was just amazing. It's actually much nicer than the pictures. The large windows in particular make the stay so special – whether at breakfast overlooking the countryside or in the evening snuggled up on the couch in front of the fireplace. The house is superbly equipped – not only with all the kitchen utensils and machines you need, but also with many practical things such as salt, oil, pepper, dishwasher tabs or washing powder and much more. This makes the stay pleasantly uncomplicated. The communication with Jaap was always warm, quick and very attentive. You can tell that it's really important to him that his guests feel comfortable – thanks for that. A special extra: The pool is currently being completely redone. If you arrive in the summer, you can look forward to a brand new, beautiful pool. Clear recommendation – we will be happy to come back.

Wonderful, peaceful stay in a clean, stunning home. Weather did not cooperate with us at first unfortunately, we were stuck in a fog bank which impeded our view. But on the last day the sun came out, the fog cleared and we were amazed by the view! It was absolutely stunning, and I cannot recommend this place enough. Hope to be back someday!

Sometimes words are not enough to describe how incredible something is, our trip was exactly this way! Amazing memories and what an amazing place! We had such a wonderful experience!! The home was perfect for two families (5 adults - two teens - one child). It was so spacious and filled with charm. Everything we needed was available. One amazing detail we loved was all of the games available to play and the art desk upstairs. The owners were very responsive and polite when we communicated. It was all all around wonderful stay. We truly hope we will return one day and get to explore more.

This is a gorgeous renovation of a pretty stone barn with lots of style - a true architect's house. We loved the big windows upstairs, because it can be difficult to find homes in Italy with large windows and lots of natural light during the day. Federica has designed low lighting for evening throughout the house. It's very quiet at night, and we slept really well. The neighbours are all polite and respectful to each other, and to us as guests. It's wonderful to experience what it might feel like to really live in this part of Italy, which is very different to other parts. Federica is very responsive and helpful, and obviously a very good architect!

The apartment is very spacious, ideal for two couples, like us, or for a group of friends. Annamaria is kind and caring. I would definitely come back.

We had a brilliant time in the hut, including our malamute dog! Beautiful and quiet location, right next to the slops and hiking routes. Weather was challenging during our stay, but even on those days when we could not reach the hut by car, there is a well organized system in place for parking right at the bottom of the small hut village. The apartment itself is very cosy and well equipped. Alexander is a great host, responsive, helpful and attentive. Communication and check in was easy and straightforward. We have been there for the 2nd time and will definitely be back. Great house. We were there with our kids. Each bedroom has en-suite bathrooms . The kitchen is well equipped and everything is spotless. Perfect place for a relaxing break.

Just like in the photos and described. Kitchen fully equipped incl. Salt/pepper, spices, etc. Very large, clean and very nice. Good location, very nice view. Really recommended!
