Very nice apartment in a very central location of Ulm. Downtown Ulm is easily accessible on foot. The beautiful apartment has everything I needed for my short trip to Ulm. Very nice and helpful hosts. If I'm back in Ulm, I'd love to check in with Marian and her family again.

It was a very nice, clean, as good as new apartment. We slept very well and have already recommended it to friends and family who will soon go to LEGOLAND. Is 5 minutes away by car.

Looking for a single room, gave me the opportunity to check in with Karolina. For me everything I needed was there, clean and quiet it was also. Karolina is a very nice person, helpful and also reachable by cell phone at a late hour. If I am back in the area, I'd love to come back.

We were warmly welcomed and enjoyed spending the evening on the terrace or garden patio after our bike rides. The contact with the hosts was very nice, the farm shop with garden furniture and other nice things, nice to browse and discover, highly recommended. We particularly liked the pear cider. We will gladly remember this vacation.

We were in Ulm for an extended weekend. The apartment is newly renovated, clean and perfectly furnished for a short vacation. The double bed was comfortable, we slept great. It's great that there's a fixed parking space right outside the front door, so you don't have to start looking for parking spaces. From the apartment you can quickly walk to the Altstadt. Just awesome! We thought it was really great that there were more than enough coffee capsules. Thanks for this service, Manfred! The apartment is on the ground floor and is pleasantly cool, even when it is around 30 degrees outside. Absolutely recommend from us!!

Sonya is very welcoming and has a nice hotel. She was very flexible on arrival time. The price-quality ratio is fine. I had a nice stay there.

The house was nice. The atmosphere was homely and peaceful. Everything was nicely arranged and clean. The kitchen was good and utensils were more than enough for us.

We rented it to be close to Legoland. It is about 10 minutes away from Legoland. Ms. Hafize is very warm and friendly. The house is very clean. We stayed as 4 people, but 6 people can stay very comfortably. We only stayed for 1 night, we couldn't visit the surroundings, but it looked beautiful. Our check-in and check-out times were different from the usual, but Ms. Hafize was very helpful. If we come to this area again, we will definitely stay in this house again.

Everything is perfect. The attic apartment is located in a quiet residential area. From there, you can quickly reach the city or the Danube on foot or by bike.

Great place to stay, close to everything, can walk everywhere from there, tram/bus is two-three minutes away. We didn't use the sauna or spa, but they looked really nice. The parking garage is a very nice feature.

I absolutely loved my stay here! The place was spotless, cozy, and had such a warm, welcoming vibe. I especially loved the terrace. Birgit was super friendly and helpful, and she made sure everything was just right. The location was quiet and relaxing. It honestly felt like a home away from home:)

The house is as it appears in the photos. Everything is very well cared for and the decoration is nice. The area is quiet, close to a supermarket and cafes, and a few minutes away from the highway by car. Spacious parking. Communication with the owner was very good and fast. I would go back. The kitchenware was somewhat scarce.

We had a very nice stay. The home was clean and the location is fantastic. Only downside during our stay was that the elevator was not operational and we had to lug our bags up five flights of stairs. Our host was very accommodating, however, and did help us bring everything up and we had no issues during our stay. Augsburg is a beautiful city and this was a beautiful home. We are so thankful they allow us to stay there.

We had a very nice vacation. For four people, it is a bit cramped in the apartment, but that was foreseeable and we still decided to do it, especially in the summer you stay outside more than inside. The opportunity to sit outside and have your own seating was particularly nice. The host was a very nice and accommodating person. Thank you for the great vacation and the beautiful apartment.

We felt very comfortable with Angelika and Patrick and had a lovely break in their fantastic bathroom exhibition. Due to the great location, we were able to explore a nice new area, for the windows we would have only wanted fly screens so that you can ventilate in the evening, otherwise we will be happy to come back.
