Die Ferienwohnung ist im 2023/24 neu renovierten Dachgeschoss eines denkmalgeschützten großen Hauses ( nach einen Großbrand 2022 im Haus wurde alles von Grund auf saniert) . Sie ist gut ausgestattet, gemütlich und bietet viel Platz auch für Familien mit Kindern. WLAN, TV und eine Spielecke gehören zur Ausstattung. Ebenso eine voll ausgestattete Küche und ein Bad mit Dusche und WC. Hunde können mitgebracht werden, es gibt zwei Katzen im Haus: Mimi und Sally.

Only a short walk away from the world famous Challenge Roth triathlon. 20 minutes drive to Nuremberg. Our place is very cosy, it is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids). We offer a welcome pack to our guests, coffee, tea and biscuits. The colorful apartment is located in Nuremberg's tourist old town district of St. Sebald. The main market as the central square of Nuremberg can be reached in just 200 m, and the historic Imperial Castle is only 400 m away, just a stone's throw away. The exhibition center and other sights can be reached quickly via the Lorenzkirche underground station. Despite the central location, the apartment is quiet and offers a fantastic view of the castle.

Wir vermieten unser großzügiges Nichtraucher-Gästezimmer im neu ausgebauten Dach unseres Hauses, mit Vorraum, Dusche/WC, Kabel-TV, Teeküche (Wasserkocher), Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle und kleinem Kühlschrank. Wir stellen Essgeschirr zur Verfügung, aber es besteht nicht die Möglichkeit zu kochen. Geeignet für bis zu vier Erwachsene, Babybett auf Wunsch möglich. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Schwimmbad Titania und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel in der Nähe.

The fully renovated apartment is located in the southern part of Nuremberg in a quiet area, approx. 15 minutes driving distance to convention center and 25 minutes to the center of Nuremberg. A bakery and supermarkets can be reached within walking distance. The apartment is suitable for business travellers, couples, singles and families (baby crib available).

Die Wohnung hat einen separaten Eingang mit Küche, Bad, Schlafzimmer und eigenen Parkplatz. Sie ist eine Kellerwohnung jedoch mit Fenster zum Garten und somit auch Tageslicht. Sie liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend. Eichstätt und Neuburg sind je 15km entfernt. WLAN vorhanden mit 100Mbit Wäsche waschen auf Nachfrage möglich

Unsere romantische Galeriewohnung ist Teil unseres Hofes, der in idyllischer Alleinlage (mit einem Nachbarhof daneben) nur 1,3 km vom Nordufer des Großen Brombachsees (Allmannsdorf) entfernt liegt. Zur Wohnung gehört ein lauschiger Garten mit Walnussbaum, Gartenlaube und Grillmöglichkeit.
