The three of us were looking for a quiet place where we could study together for a few days before the exam phase and organize our free time. At Friedrich and Birgit's, we found more than we expected. The apartment was clean, tidy, very tastefully decorated, equipped with everything you could want and everything you hadn't thought of yourself beforehand. In the event of a short-term change of plan, they reacted very flexibly and accommodatingly. Thanks to Friedrich's tips, we were also able to make our afternoons very versatile. All in all, we definitely couldn't have imagined the stay more pleasantly, we will definitely be happy to come back!

We had super comfortable days at the place! Everything corresponds to the description and the photos, the apartment is clean and equipped with everything you need and the communication with Kerstin was very friendly and easy. The apartment is very quietly located on the outskirts and you can use it as a starting point for cycling tours around Lake Altmühl and Lake Brombach. Definitely a recommendation!

The host was incredibly warm and welcoming, taking the time to walk us through every detail of the house with great care. The home itself felt cozy and inviting, especially during dinner after sunset — a truly peaceful and memorable atmosphere. During the day, we loved sitting at the outdoor table, enjoying the fresh air and quiet surroundings, occasionally accompanied by the cheerful laughter of neighborhood kids. It’s also very conveniently located near the highway, with Nuremberg city center just about a 30-minute drive away. A wonderful stay we’d gladly recommend!

The apartment is newly renovated, very clean and equipped with everything you need to feel comfortable. Parking in the yard was also great, the seating areas in the back courtyard were perfect for relaxing.

The house is very comfortable and warm. Michael was attentive to all inquiries. Everything was perfect.

Paul's place was exactly what we were looking for. perfect location for participating in the Rothsee Triathlon. Everything was super clean and there was everything you need. The special thing for us, although he didn't want to rent the apartment at the weekend, Paul got it organized. For this, there should be 5 extra points.

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area. Just above the small dirt road you can reach the baker and in 2km you are already at the Altmühlsee on the lawns with lake access. The balcony invites you to linger and you can let your eyes wander. Conclusion: we liked it very much, everything clean and well maintained. By bike you can quickly reach the lake and the bike paths are great, separate from the pedestrians.

The view from the property is breathtaking (forest), it is a comfortable, spacious and quiet place. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

We were openly and friendly introduced to the very special premises and immediately had the feeling that we could call all the tastefully furnished rooms our own. Special attention was paid to the selected items with respect for nature and naturalness, immediately felt comfortable. We highly recommend staying here. A cozy courtyard surrounded by plants invites you to linger; it is quiet and delightful. If you like to walk, you can easily see the city from the house. Thank you and nice!!

The place was a dream! It was beautifully decorated and phenomenally equipped. There were fly screens on the windows, on the door to the storage room there was a sheet with information about excursion possibilities and other useful information. The kitchen had really nice sharp knives. To our surprise, also sticky notes, pens, a cloth bag and a few lunch boxes. The host family is super friendly and helpful. This place is definitely our current favorite! On another trip to Lake Brombach, we definitely want to stay at this place again!

It was great. We had a great break, lots of nature, great scenery, beautiful lakes, every shortage to discover. Beautiful apartment with everything you need. Super nice hosts. We are grateful for the wonderful time and look forward to coming back.

The communication with Barbara was very pleasant. We were greeted at the accommodation and immediately shown around. The apartment was well equipped and you had the opportunity to use the beautiful garden. We liked the proximity to the beautiful Lake Brombach. We will gladly return to the accommodation in the future.

Max is an extremely attentive host. Always friendly and cheerful. We immediately felt comfortable in his accommodation. The apartment's amenities are awesome, really everything you need! The large garden is an inspiring place of power!!! We sat under the wonderful linden tree until nightfall. The only sounds you hear throughout the day are the birds chirping. Experience tranquility, enjoy nature, take beautiful walks or bike rides in the Altmühltal to Lake Brombach, which contribute to a successful break or vacation to a high degree. We had a lovely short stay at Dario's. Communication was great and we were welcomed in person. Dario had some good tips for eating out for us. The apartment is very clean and well equipped, we also got along very well without a kitchen. For us personally, it was a little too loud at night due to the nearby road, but if you leave the windows closed, it doesn't bother you. You are super connected, quickly on foot in the city center and also quickly by subway.

I have family in the Dollnstein area that we visited for 3 weeks in July 2024. We stayed at this property and fell in love with the village. The rental property itself is nice and spacious. There were 4 adults and 1 child who stayed at the property and there was plenty of room for us all. If we needed anything, Roland was very responsive and the property manager came right away. The kitchen is a highlight-it's huge with a full-size refrigerator. It is also convenient to have a washer on site for clothes. My only recommendations would be stronger wifi throughout the home (it's spotty in some areas) and clear directions on how to use appliances and tv (there was a learning curve with those at times). Overall, the village the place is located in is a true highlight. There is a quaint soccer park/playground area that my son and I visited daily. The villagers were kind and curious about us Americans but not in a rude way. We felt safe and happy the entire stay.

Andrea was very welcoming and you definitely can see how much attention to detail she has put into every room. We liked the whole experience with whirlpool, terrace and the free Netflix. We would definitely recommend it anyone, who wants some fun and quiet time :))
