From the balcony you can look into the nature reserve and have direct access to the large Rodl. On the top floor you will find cozy sleeping spaces. The garden, with a comfortable seating area, sunshade and charcoal grill, invites you to unwind and relax. In winter, many Christmas markets can be found nearby. Buchberg: 1-hour walk Braunberg: 2-hour walk A swimming pool, sports field, tennis court, and a shop are just 5 minutes away. Linz is only 20 minutes away.

Gehe auf Tuchfühlung mit dem Künstler Etienne, der im Erdgeschoß des Ateliers malt. Die Aussicht auf die malerische Bergkulisse ist berauschend. Von der Terrasse auf der Ostseite, kannst du beim Frühstück die Morgensonne genießen und hast einen wunderbaren Blick auf den Garten mit Teich und Grillplatz.

Enjoy the quiet atmosphere of our former farm with a central location. The newly renovated apartment on the 2nd floor offers a great view with direct access to the hiking trail network. The kitchen is equipped with a Nespresso machine, oil, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper as well as the most important cooking utensils. In the private garden area you can soak up the sun and eat comfortably. In addition, there is a storage room, so bicycles can also be safely stored.

Enjoy the natural beauty surrounding this historic home. An attempt was made to combine historical with a modern standard, so dishwasher, oven, fridge, filter coffee machine are available in the built-in kitchen, but at the same time the historic masonry was preserved. A wood stove provides cozy, crackling warmth, an electric heater does not let you freeze if the wood stove stays cold. In the living room you will find SATELLITE TV and Wi-Fi in the entire house.

Our cottage is located in a semi-secluded forest by the Stropnice River. Although it may not look like it at first glance, there are neighbors nearby, but they are not visible from the cottage. Enjoy sitting by the crackling fireplace with a book and a cup of tea or breakfast on the terrace. There is no wifi in the cottage, so enjoy the time spent together.
