If you're looking for a beautiful Florida experience, I would definitely stay here. The pool and view were stunning and the unit was decorated with the elegance and style of Florida colors. The unit was pristine in cleanliness. The host responded to our concerns immediately. Highly recommended and I would stay again.

Tom and Tammy are really super hosts. Always responded quick to my questions. The area is fantastic. Walk to restaurants and the best one is Brian’s Place right next door. You can sit on the deck and enjoy the music on weekends (don’t worry, it’s over by 9), and enjoy the beautiful sunsets. Plenty of parking. Lots of shopping close by. Place has everything you need and is well equipped. Plenty of wildlife. Two majestic Eagles have a nest across the canal.

The place was so cute and right in the middle of everything. If I ever find myself staying over in the Tampa area again, this will definitely be somewhere I come back to!

We had a truly peaceful and refreshing stay at this lovely home. The space was beautifully maintained, and perfectly situated for a relaxing getaway. Each morning, we were treated to the incredible sight of dolphins and manatees right from the property—a magical experience! And just a short 5-minute walk brought us to the Gulf, where we enjoyed breathtaking sunsets every evening. We also had the pleasure of meeting Lina and her husband, who were both kind and welcoming. It’s clear they take great pride in creating a space where guests can feel at home. I would absolutely recommend this home to anyone looking for a peaceful, nature-filled escape. We hope to return!

Rich's property is awesome and yes we did see the gator only once it did honor us with its presence, many restaurants and endless business to shop from went to the state fair and many other activties to do not to mention the beautiful weather, would greatly appreciate to stay at the this beautiful property when in this area. It was immaculately clean and five star comfortable. Diane was a great communicator and we felt very welcome. We absolutely loved this stay and already trying to find time to book again!

We had a great time staying here. I caught myself saying that every time I’m in town, I’d try to stay here. Waking up and sitting by the dock with some coffee was pretty great. The guys working the office and the water sports were very nice also. Definitely recommend staying here for small groups!

When you leave the dock and take a right towards where there are no houses, the most beautiful scene lays out before you. Weeki Wachee Springs was so surreal. You have to go up the springs to find a beach. But the dock had plenty of fishing supplies for the meantime. I had 3 kids, we were not crowded. Wonderfully stocked kitchens. More than enough kayaking, paddleboards, games, ect for a family of 5. Mary was very responsive. My kids and I had a spectacular time.

It’s a gem. 💎 The location right on a canal is stunning, and everything you could possibly need for a perfect river vacation is thoughtfully provided. From kayaks and stand-up paddleboards to a well-stocked kitchen and outdoor grill, every detail has been considered to make your stay easy and fun. The home itself is gorgeous—beautiful granite countertops, soft-close cabinets, stylish tile showers, and spacious bedrooms that make it easy to unpack and feel right at home. It’s clear that a lot of care went into creating a welcoming and comfortable space. Staying at Paul’s place, you feel like part of the amazing Weeki community. Our family made lasting memories here, and we’re so grateful Paul shared this beautiful retreat with us. We can’t wait to come back!

The place was spotless and very welcoming. The access to the river is right around the corner and the dock and patios were a welcome spot to spend down by the water. We definitely had an amazing weekend and would love to book again in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay at Mary's place on the river/canal. It was so peaceful and relaxing. We were only there for a few days, but whenever we had questions, Mary replied very quickly. The house was clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay there again!

Amazing place to stay on the springs! Super clean felt like home. Had everything you could need an more. Just pack your bag an your set. Very quiet an peaceful spot. Greeted by manatee at the dock as soon as we got there. Not a single complaint was perfect. Wish we would have stayed longer! We will definitely be back! Thank you for a great stay!

This was a great stay for a quick weekend with our dogs. Very clean and walkable to local restaurant on the water. Also conveniently had kayaks on a canal just a short ride to the main river.

This place was in a great location jumped right in the spring everyday saw manatee, otters, turtles and even 2 dolphin swam by, that made me so excited. enough paddle biards and kayaks for everyone and the boat was a bonus! beds were comfy got in the hot tub every night very relaxing, and best of all it was dog friendly I appreciated that I take my fur baby everywhere. over all I was extremely satisfied did not want to leave..lol. will definitely book again! Beautiful condo. Comfortable beds. Great restaurants near by. Beautiful beaches near by. The swimming pool was clean and the kids really enjoyed it. Would definitely stay again.

This was the first time I stayed at Geri's place and it was wonderful. Even though I was staying in a condo, the entire complex was very quiet and peaceful. Geri was very responsive and I will definitely consider staying here again when I am back in the area.

They were a great hosts. We checked in early and they even let us use the golf cart. Can’t wait to stay with them again.

Large, clean, comfortable and safe apartment with beautiful views. The people on the complex were friendly. We could happily live here!!! Susana gave clear instructions and was responsive and helpful.

Excellent location for beach which was much less crowded than up around Pier 60. Within walking distance of restaurants shopping, pier60 and marina.The most beautiful sunsets can be viewed right from your balcony. Lovely pool. Comfy beds. Lots of beach items to use buckets shovels umbrella and chairs. Any questions or concerns we had for Peter were responded too quickly. 🐚🌝☀️
