The Spatzennest is a quiet apartment for 2 people, which invites you to relax. The half-timbered walls are plastered with clay, so there is a cozy indoor climate. Wood and natural materials give the apartment a special charm. From the window you can watch the sparrows from spring to summer as you breed in the neighboring roof and raise your young. On 30 m² on the first floor of the renovated side building of the bush mill, the apartment Spatzennest has a bedroom with double bed and a living area with integrated kitchen and a small bathroom with shower/toilet. The kitchen is equipped with a 2-plate induction stove, fridge with freezer compartment and toaster. Wi-Fi is available free of charge for our guests. If you need a high chair, please contact us. We would like to welcome you to our cozy and quietly located apartment in the countryside in the district of Pleißa. The apartment is conveniently located. Due to the proximity to the A4 and A72 highways, you can quickly reach cities worth seeing such as Dresden, Leipzig and Jena, or the beautiful Westerzgebirge. Chemnitz city can be reached in about 15 minutes by car. Just around the corner there is a nice playground for fun. You can explore the area on many cycling and hiking trails.

Deutsch: (for english please use Google translate) The whole apartment is fully equipped, there is an Aldi supermarket across the street and the city center is within easy walking distance. The entrance to the city park is 20 meters away. There is a beer garden with wonderful food in the middle of the park and a famous Michelin (1) restaurant very close by.

In the apartment you will find everything you need for a short or longer stay. In addition to fast internet (50mbit fiber) you have a small kitchenette, as well as a bathroom with shower and you can use my Netflix account for free via the large smart TV.

Vacation home in a nature reserve & close to the city

5 min to the highway, only 20 km to Chemnitz, 60 km to Leipzig, 90 km to Dresden and yet in the middle of an oasis of nature, streams and ponds, meadows and forests, tranquility and the relaxing sound of the water. Located in the middle of Limbach-O.. Close to Kaufland and special price tree market. The bus station is in very close. Very easy to reach via the A 4 and A 72.
