Very enjoyable stay in the poconos with 2 young kids and a dog. Highly recommend. Beautiful property and plenty to do around the area.

Lucia’s place is so special, it makes you truly feel at home. The house itself is beautiful and cosy, filled with beautiful art and all you might need inside to not feel in a cold hearted Airbnb. There are so many activities to do: tennis, sauna, jacuzzi, games, see the animals. You can’t be bored. The cosiest place with all you need to have fun.

We booked the house for five nights for a group of six adults and had a lovely visit. Gabriela was a fantastic host communicating super promptly to our questions. It rained 90% of the time so we used the interior of the house to the fullest, and not the exterior (no fire pit, bikes, or hot tub) so cannot comment on those features. All appliances worked well. Kitchen is helpfully labeled and well stocked with kitchenware. The beds were very comfortable, towels fluffy, and downstairs family/game room is a great space for all ages. Furniture was comfortable, dining table was welcoming and though the house shows a bit of wear and tear here and there, everything was clean, tidy, and decorated appealingly. Tip: Bellvale Market just 7” away had great quality food products; Warwick, a quaint larger town, is just 10-15” away providing all other conveniences.

Peaceful surroundings, beautiful lake, wonderful house and amazing hosts! Had an absolute ball kayaking, fishing, and enjoying nature. This was my second trip and can’t wait to go back again.

The cabin was a great for a family getaway! Alyson was responsive and helped us get settled, and the hot tub was a nice bonus. Looking forward to coming back!

It was a perfect stay for me, my husband, and our two dogs. Our dogs loved the fenced in yard. And we thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor swim spa and grill. Jason’s place had all of the cooking appliances that we needed to make meals when we didn’t want to go out. The place was spotless and the bathroom was stocked with all of the amenities you can think of. We will definitely be back if we come back to this part of the Catskills.

This is the second year my friends and I have gone to Jason’s place to celebrate MDW. It is the perfect place to get together with activities for everyone. We were especially grateful for Jason’s hospitality, local recommendations, and responsiveness. I can’t wait for us to be back!

Our 2nd stay with this host. They are so caring & go above & beyond to make sure our stay is great. The house is super cute & very spacious. It’s very quiet & the huge yard is not only gorgeous but the perfect size for our dog. I wish I would have remembered there is a great big jacuzzi. I book my trip to Cold Spring around their availability. I highly recommend!!

Rick, Gisel and Teddy's place was absolutely perfect! Every aspect was thoughtfully created- there was truly nothing missing from their great spot. It was a wonderful place to relax after our day at Legoland, there were so many great restaurants locally and Warwick was an adorable little town to walk around. The house was clean as could be and dog approved! Nothing was missing from this wonderful home!

A great place for a weekend with friends. The views are immaculate, ideal if you love to watch a sunrise. The outdoor area is beautiful and accommodating all types of activities. Nice restaurants and stores nearby. Would definitely save this place for future trips.

Aga couldn’t have been a more responsive and gracious host. The house is simply perfect - the outdoor areas are expansive and beautifully appointed. The kitchen and bathrooms are all renovated and beautifully maintained. We absolutely loved our stay. 10/10 and will definitely rent this lovely home again.

We had a great stay at Carla's place. Stylish, impeccably clean and a great find. It is obvious that care and thought went into setting up this house. There was a helpful list of restaurants and a nice gas fireplace. Carla was a great host. It had everything we needed for a weekend stay while attending classes at Peters Valley School of Craft.

The house felt very homey, I stayed here with a total of five people including myself. We took advantage of the basement lounge space as well as the fire pit outside in the backyard. Overall, it’s an amazing getaway spot and I’d love to stay here again.

The Lazy River cottage was amazing. It was so peaceful and exactly what my wife and I needed as a getaway. It couldn’t have been more organized, clean, and everything was so clearly labeled. It was so nice to sit and watch the beautiful river in peace and quiet. David is an amazing host and we’d definitely come back!

Clean, spacious, comfortable and in a beautiful area. The weather didn't cooperate so we were only able to enjoy the deck our first night, but we loved it when we did. Plenty of space and a great place to enjoy movies over a rainy weekend.

My husband and I had a wonderful weekend trip at Tony’s lakeside cabin to celebrate our anniversary. The setting was idyllic, and the cabin was cozy and comfortable. We loved waking up to the beautiful view of the lake! Tony was a friendly and helpful host, and the whole weekend went very smoothly, from check in to check out. We would definitely come back!

Malcom’s place is great! This is our 5th time staying here, coming back in September again. Very convenient location, EWR is 20 mins away. Uber delivers all types of food. Place is secluded and very private. Huge clean and kept back yard.

Awesome place! Very clean and spacious, and had everything we needed. Lots of nice touches - even a white noise machine in the bedroom! Russel and Katya were very communicative and friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. We would stay again next time we’re in the area!

Eleanor's Herringbone Cottage was delightful--my husband and I felt as if we were in a small English village. It was cozy and well appointed with lovely bed linens and a comfortable bed with a great, small kitchen. The setting has lovely landscaping and pathways-- very convenient to the canal towpath. Eleanor was welcoming, and Kurt provided us with an thorough introduction to the property. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect romantic location for our anniversary. Definitely would recommend to family and friends. Very private and clean. A lot of extra touches that made the stay that much more enjoyable. We’ll be back.. Thanks again, Joe & Beth

We had a wonderful stay at AnnMarie’s place. The space was clean, comfortable, and perfect for a quick visit with my mom and boyfriend. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our stay, which made everything smooth and easy. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet, well-kept place to stay in the area!
