Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Watts Bar Lake

If I could give 6 stars I would. The area is beautiful and peaceful. The house was clean, and this is the first time I’ve written this for an Airbnb, the beds were very comfortable. Everything was well stocked. We were given a list of recommended restaurants, there were kayaks and life jackets for us to use, and the hosts were overall accommodating. We had a request and they called and explained where to find what we were looking for; they were extremely kind. My family will be sure to come back and we highly recommend booking here.

This is the perfect secluded, private getaway. Rich and Kelly are the great hosts. Proactive with communication providing all the details you need to find the place, check-in, and everything to do in the area. This is nestled at the edge of national forest lands and is 100% private. They have hiking on the property and plenty in the national forest as well. It is very unique and has all that you need for a great retreat.

What a gem of an AirBNB! The perfect size for a couple. This was our last stop on an out west road trip (18 day total) and it was exactly what we needed. It was perfectly clean and had anything that we could possibly need. The grounds are peaceful and quiet. The perfect place to relax and decompress before hopping back on the road!

There are 2 beautiful houses on the property which work perfectly for traveling with extended family and friends or for rental of only one of the houses. The houses are new and thoughtfully designed for family living and relaxation inside and out - the decks are huge and make perfect extensions of the living space! Children of any age would love the place and the back entrances of the houses are accessible for people with limited mobility. Our toddlers loved the creek running through the property and the waterfall and fire pit areas are marvelous. The kitchens were wonderfully stocked with dishes and cooking pots and pans - even an air fryer! There was an old style arcade video game mounted to the wall in both houses - fun! We made day trips to the mountains and enjoyed family dinners on the porches. This is the perfect vacation spot and we will definitely be sharing the location with others and coming back ourselves! This was one of my favorite Airbnb experiences ever. This home is pristine, spotless, and in a peaceful and quiet location. We only stayed for a quick overnight visit, but we will definitely stop here again every time we travel through the area. I was alone with my children and arrived late at night, and we felt perfectly safe the entire time. Five stars!

We stayed here for my sisters graduation weekend! It was a perfect location. 10 minutes from the University of TN, everything you need is very close and all the essentials were provided by the hosts! They thought about everything! We really enjoyed our stay here and will recommend it to our friends and family! Thank you for sharing your home with us! It was perfect!

Super quiet slightly rural location still close to everything I needed (groceries, restaurants, etc). The sunroom was great. The owner is WAY into Star Wars, with memorabilia everywhere, along with lots of other themed items. Clear instructions, no problems at all. Fast wifi. Comfortable and livable. I'd book this place again.

My husband and I have stayed at numerous Airbnbs, and Donna's is the best-appointed place we've ever encountered. The apartment is spacious and comfortable, with thoughtful amenities everywhere you look. The backyard is beautiful and safe for pups with the full fence. We saw cute bunnies every day and glowing fireflies in the evenings. Inside, the king bed has built-in outlets for charging your devices, there's plenty of drawer and closet space, and even two luggage racks for suitcases. The shower is fantastic, as is the dining, kitchen and living space. We wanted for nothing, and Donna was always friendly and available without being intrusive. She could give a masterclass on hosting!

Without a doubt, my favorite AirBNB to date. It is exactly the type of place I would love to call home, and Barb and Greg were just the most accommodating hosts. We had plans to get out and spend most of our time looking for things to do, but ended up spending so much time at the apartment, because the farm is idyllic and being there, reading a book that Barb supplied, was exactly what I needed. There was not one thing that we lacked during our stay. Barb has thought of everything, including snacks, teas, essential out diffuser (my fav), and a well equipped kitchen. If you love nature, wildlife, and gorgeous landscape, this is the place for you. Finding new friends, in Barb, Greg and Tucker were an added bonus. Thank you for a STELLAR stay!

10/10 recommend!!! We LOVED our stay here! Laurie was super sweet and helpful. The room was clean and cozy. They offered us their kayaks and the grill. They had waters, creamer, muffins, and coffee in the room. Could not ask for a better airbnb!

Our family of four really enjoyed our stay. The grill and charcoal was awesome adding to a beautiful evening, toping the magnificent view of the water! Dana was an excellent host and we would definitely stay here again!

All 4 weeks I’ve stayed here while working in the area has been nothing shy of amazing. The room is always clean and full of everything you’ll need for your stay. The peacefulness and sights are beautiful on top of the mountain. The host is always responsive and respectful and has been great to converse with. I’ll be staying here every chance I get.

We absolutely loved our time at Nana’s Place. It felt like home the moment we walked in. Hands down, one of the most comfortable stays we’ve ever had. And the milk and cookies? Total chef’s kiss—just the kind of simple touch that makes a place unforgettable. Thanks for sharing your amazing spot with us. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in town.

We chose this cabin as a good jumping off point for our adventures in the national park, but it was a great destination in its own right. The kids really enjoyed the setting and fishing off the dock.

This was our second trip to Terri's and Monty's house. They are wonderful hosts. The house is spotless and they are available if needed. We love it here and hope this will become a yearly trip.

This place is awesome! Very cool deck and atmosphere. Not far away from places to eat and shop. The beds are the MOST comfortable I have ever slept in outside my own bed. Becky and Al are great hosts! They checked in on us during our stay with bad weather coming and helped us any time something came up. Great experience overall!!

The views are SPECTACULAR! Awesome sunrises and sunsets, hands down the best view of all of our cabin stays in the Smoky Mtns. The place is easy to find, narrow winding road but not treacherous. Definitely make sure you have a full tank of gas especially if you’re planning to head elsewhere like down to the Fontana Dam area because gas stations are few and far between. Pillows were pretty flat, but luckily we had our own in the car. The place is simple, but everything felt very cozy clean and comfortable. The owners have made updates to the place where it really counts like a new porch and flooring. Jacuzzi was a wonderful place to unwind! Very peaceful and super quiet, despite having neighbors nearby. Well worth it - we stayed just one night before heading further east & was the perfect way to kick off our mountain vacation!

Our stay was absolutely magical! Eric and Kelsey are such incredible hosts, and their cabin is a true gem. Every amenity and personal touch made it feel so special. The cabin was spotless, beautifully maintained, and a pure joy to relax in. Plus, having reliable WiFi was a huge bonus, and we even spotted some adorable trail gnomes keeping watch over the property! These two are exactly what Airbnb is all about – amazing value and an unforgettable experience. We're already planning our return!
