Great place in the center of town and easy access to the college and elsewhere nearby. Made our weekend trip even that more enjoyable.

I was very pleased with my stay at Mary's Airbnb! The two hosts were very helpful, responsive, and offered to answer any questions in a timely fashion! This Airbnb is affordable and in the perfect location to access Knoxville! The place felt very homey, like a cute little apartment. The place was clean and organized. I suggest that new guests to crack the bathroom door when showering, as the bathroom does not have a fan or vent. They do, however, accommodate this with an air humidifier, which collects as much water as it can. Everything you'd want to visit is within a 3-15 minute drive, and walking is a definite option too! I enjoyed my stay. I love the windows for great lighting, the air conditioner worked great, and kept it at a steady 68 degrees when sleeping. The hallway of this complex smells weird and is very warm, but it did not bother us, just something I noticed. Leaving the Airbnb is very easy, just like leaving a hotel room. Thank you, Mary! Volunteer City Getaway is a WONDERFUL place to stay. We stayed for a girls weekend and everyone in the group agreed it was the perfect place, more cost effective than a hotel room and waaaaaay better than a hotel room!!! The apartment has everything essential you need, it was spotless (and I’m a clean freak), in a great location for everything Knoxville, tastefully decorated, comfortable bed and floor mattress, good quality linens and kitchen supplies. We will definitely stay here again. Don’t look elsewhere, this place is great!!!!

It was nice to stay in but the parking wasn’t enough room

This place was the perfect place for my family to stay overnight! Do want to say, don’t turn down Swift Fox unless you have an off road vehicle. Continue straight on paved road and GPS will update you. It was a beautiful location with nice scenery. Home was exactly as described and Debra was really great and responsive. Highly recommend!

I am on a work contract here , so this location was a easy drive to work. Hosts were very nice . Rental looks just like pics. We enjoyed our stay. We would definitely stay again.

Lovely apartment. Very cozy and clean, felt right at home. Great location. We enjoyed the balcony for morning coffee and winding down in the evening. I will most definitely book again in the future, was perfect for us while visiting family.

A cozy, quiet gem—perfect for one or two! You get an entire apartment to yourself in a wonderful neighborhood. Alex is a gracious and accommodating host—always responsive but never intrusive, and he doesn’t live on the property. This will always be my go-to spot when visiting Knoxville!

Excellent location as everything I needed was a short drive. Was there for a High School Bass tournament and had no issues parking the boat. Electrical outlet is easily accessible for charging purposes. Six minutes to the Dayton boat ramp which is awesome. Neighborhood feels secure.

We loved our stay at 372 McCormick st. It was a perfect size for our family to celebrate graduation. The place is spotless and well equipped. Thank you Amy for taking care of us!

We enjoyed our stay at Cardin Manor. It was exactly as pictured. Each room was very clean. The kitchen has everything you need as far as cooking utensils, dishes, coffee and creamer etc. The king size bed is very comfortable. It is a very peaceful place to stay.

Comfortable, clean, and convenient. Stayed here five nights while in town for work. Never had to drive to find a new place to go for fun, food, and drinks. There is plenty of parking nearby and payment is handled by phone/app. I would stay here again, and recommend to a friend!

Omaris could not have been a better host. We needed to check in slightly early and she made it work so that we could do that. She also checked in with us right after we got there to make sure everything was A-OK. Her check in and check out protocols were so concise, clear and easy to understand. Her place was economical and cozy. Had the basic necessities and was very comfy for a family of three. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful house newly renovated sit behind the main house very quiet you have your own personal space. Parking at the front door all the furniture is new is newly renovated. The kitchen was amazing. It had everything I needed. The media room was a lot of fun to watch movies at night. I was sad I had to leave. I could not extend my stay because she had other bookings, but I will definitely look them up again when I’m in town.

Great place for our quick trip. Laura was very responsive and when we did have a little hiccup she took care of it ASAP . Would book here again .

Everything from check in to check out was extremely easy. All the staff at the property was helpful and very pleasant! Loved the jets in the bath!!! Will definitely rent this home again!!!!

Al’s place was a great value! The home that this “apartment” is a part of is being completely renovated, but the living space included in this listing is more than adequate. It’s basically two bedrooms + 1 bathroom of a larger house that are finished being renovated, with the rest of the house locked/blocked off. No frills, but a perfect affordable option in a convenient location.

We had an exceptional stay! The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the entire experience feel comfortable and easy from start to finish. The accommodations were lovely—clean, stylish, and thoughtfully prepared with everything we needed. The location was perfect, so peaceful and relaxing. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in the Crossville area!

The picture showed one of the rooms as having two twin beds. However both rooms had king size beds. Which worked out for us both others may want the two twin beds that reserve this room. Other than that, the place was amazing, Todd did great with communication and the amenities were fabulous. We will definitely be staying here every time we come back to visit family in the area.

Betina’s place is a unit inside of the Fairfield Glade / Wyndham Resorts units. Our family has stayed at the Wyndham unit many times. Crossville has some wonderful dining including The Lantern for steaks and Annie’s for pizza. Food City is the closest grocery and Instacart does deliver. Is currently the off-season so the resort was quiet. Be sure to bring your swimsuit if you want to use the pool, etc.

We were in town for a family reunion and the space was a perfect place for our gathering!
