Comfy 2 bed 2 bath apartment in a great location. Loved being so close to Clarence Park and the train station. Nice and quiet despite central location - our kids slept well here, always a bonus! Well equipped kitchen with nice coffee machine. Only slight negative was that the decor is a few years old now so it’s still lovely but not quite as new/squeaky clean as the pics suggest but it’s still clean and nice. Great place to stay whilst we had building work done. Nathan was super helpful. Would stay here again

Jonathan and Jose were exceptional hosts! Their place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and welcoming. They made sure everything was perfect for our stay and were very responsive and kind. The location was great, and we felt right at home. We highly recommend their Airbnb to anyone visiting the area and would absolutely stay here again. The apartment was a perfect stay in one of my favorite locations. Apartment had amazing books to look at. Place was exactly like the photos. Had French press to make coffee in the morning. Buses and overground easy access to get around. Highly recommend. One thing of note is there’s no AC. which absolutely wasn’t a problem for us as the temperatures were really cool while we were there but something to keep in mind if you come during the summer. Cannot say enough good things about this apartment. It was a really great stay. Exactly what we were looking for.

What a lovely air BNB! This is the best and cleanest place we have stayed in London. Chloe was so responsive and provided very clear/straightforward instructions, the place and whole process was very well organized. We felt very safe in the area and apartment, it was all walkable too which we loved. The apartment was decorated well and had everything we needed for our stay. We often come to London and always rush to get home as we don't enjoy the places we stay in, but this was a completely different experience - we actually felt rested and recharged and even went for brunch at browns which was under 10 mins walk from the apartment. We will certainly be staying again in the future!

Great location right near Watford and the train station. The apartment was really big with loads of room for us all. The communication was great and really helpful. I would definitely recommend.

My stay at Shanita's private apartment was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I walked in, I was so impressed by how incredibly neat and clean the entire place was – truly spotless! It made for such a comfortable and welcoming arrival. The location is also a huge plus. I found it incredibly accessible to the city center, with both bus and train options just a short walk away, making it super convenient to explore. A special shout-out and massive thank you to Shanita for stocking up the kitchen with essentials, snacks, and drinking water. I arrived really late in the evening, and seeing those thoughtful provisions was such a relief and made a huge difference after a long journey. It's these small but significant details that truly elevate a stay. I highly recommend Shanita's apartment to anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and wonderfully hospitable place to stay. I'd definitely book again!

We had a great stay in the studio (wife and 2 year old) while visiting friends in Chorleywood. It's a beautiful location with a park right outside the fence gate and the town gardening plots right out back. The studio was very clean, well equipped, and private. We very much enjoyed our stay, and we'll try to book again next time we visit.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was spotlessly clean and decorated to a very high standard. Kenny was responsive and provided recommendations for local restaurants and cafes. We used The Annexe as a base for traveling to Wembley Stadium, and Kenny provided useful tips on the best ways of travelling in and out of London. We'd have no hesitation in staying here again.

Very comfortable studio, with all the ammenities. The neighbourhood is very pleasant and safe and the Underground station is just a few minutes away, with excellent connection to the cuty center. Varsha was also a very thoughtful host and she made me feel welcome and right at home. Thank you for everything Varsha!

Dee's apartment was exactly as shown in photos and as described, spotlessly clean and perfectly suited our needs for a short stay in Watford. The location is really convenient for shops and restaurants, although we principally chose it to meet family. We will definitely stay again the next time.

Notting Hill Glow was exactly as described. On a busy street, but wooden bedroom doors filter almost all of the nighttime noise. Not having air conditioning was not an issue for us as daytime highs were under 80 degrees and nighttime was cooler, but I can imagine it could be uncomfortable if temperatures reached the 90s. We were able to walk to several great restaurants and pubs. Comfortable bed.

Really nice few days staying for work in nearby Harpenden. The property was immaculate and stylish, with everything needed for my stay including various kitchen items that one may not necessarily think of such as dishwasher tablets. There were also snacks and tea, coffee and sugar etc. Victoria, the host, was really friendly and helpful. Check-in was easy, the place is in beautiful surroundings and is lovely and private. I would not hesitate staying there again. A surprise bonus was the family of ducks that visited most evenings to feed on the lawn in front of the property. I will be back!

Ellens listing was perfect . We stayed for one night for a local wedding . Ellen was very accommodating. The air b n b was perfect for a couple. Very spacious with lovely bathroom . Cannot fault

Place was great, 2 stores with the bedrooms downstairs. Beds are very comfortable, lots of closet space, with lots of comfortable towels available for your stay. They have done a great job with the decor giving it a fun vibe. I walked into London for business, location was great. Fantastic coffee shop across the street. Would highly recommend and rent again.

Clean and aesthetic apartment in London. Well connected with underground and grocery shops few steps away. A great base for a short stay in London. Only downside is flight of stairs to reach the place. Hosts very responsive and welcoming.

We were so fortunate to spend four weeks in March in this special place. It was very inviting, comfortable and clean. Simon is, indeed, a superhost. He is so nice, and made such an effort to make our stay pleasant and memorable. There were fresh roses on arrival, along with milk, water and some lovely snacks. Self-checkin was a breeze, so appreciated after a long flight. We didn't have to commit to a specific time which is always appreciated. He even offered to arrange a mid-stay cleaning, including a change of bed linens and towels, for a very reasonable fee. We took advantage of the offer, and it worked out very well. It was a treat to return at the end of the day to a fresh apartment. The neighborhood fantastic, beautiful and so walkable. Public transportation is very convenient, but we took advantage of the great weather and did lots of walking. We hope to return in the future.

Our family had a wonderful experience. The apartment was clean, beautiful, and in the perfect location with great restaurants and public transit walking distance from the place. Simon was extremely helpful and responsive. We will definitely come back.

This was my second visit to Carol-Anne's beautiful flat, and it definitely won't be the last. I love everything about it. Minutes from the Northern Line and with an abundance of little shops minutes down the road, I felt at home and could easily get anywhere in or out of London. Clean, beautifully decorated, and on a lovely quiet street. I couldn't have been happier and hated to leave.

Our short stay at Debbie’s flat was so good! She let us pay £10 per each hour before check in time which was so worth it as we arrived with 4 kids in the morning so it was nice to check in around 11 and get our bags settled so we could spend the rest of the day exploring! The flat was so cute and free of clutter, comfortable, and such easy walking distance from Kings Cross so it was very easy to get around. The neighborhood was quiet and safe and we would honestly want to stay there again if we make our way back to London! Thank you so much for everything!

The apartment completely met our expectations. It was exactly as described in the listing. No unpleasant surprises. Very close to public transportation and very easy to access. Richard is very responsive, and his explanations and the information he provided us were clear and precise. I highly recommend this accommodation.
