Very close to Penn Yan/Yates County Airport and between the Main Deck restaurant and Route 54. The property is NOT water front. Keuka Lake is accessible thru Red Jacket Park and visible from the property, but not directly on the water. There is a sidewalk from the property to town for Guests who prefer to walk, approximately 1 mile to Village center

Great location right near the local attractions & restaurants. The perfect spot for our girls night after spending the day at Inns of Aurora Spa. The home is beautifully finished inside, had everything we needed in the kitchen including spices, and a nice cup of Starbucks coffee in the morning. I would absolutely book here again and recommend any groups visiting the spa consider the 30 min drive to Seneca falls to stay at this home. Thank you for being so responsive to all of my messages planning this trip. I will be back! 😊

A sweet little attached suite and very friendly hosts (and animals)! It’s an older farm house so noise travels but the bed is comfortable and the view of the animals is sweet. Meeting the hosts and animals was very nice, and watching our dogs play with theirs was a lot of fun.
